"I have been thinking about it,Armin.Why did things end up like this. To have our freedom taken away like this. And play us like dolls. This had to end". Eren looked at Armin. Armin has been looking at the ground the whole time. He looked up at Eren. "You wanted to end titan domination. But what's the point in annihilating all of them. Couldn't we have just destroyed their military and take their titans instead? Armin frowned. He kept thinking to himself of the ways they could have tackled it. " Yes, we could have. But...." " But what?" Armin asked. " It wouldn't have resulted in what I wanted"said Eren. "What do you mean by that?" Asked Armin. " This could have gone a lot of ways. "And what?" Armin asked with a shaky voice. He wasn't sure what to feel anymore. Eren was going through all this on his own and the thought itself killed Armin. They have been best friends for as long as he can remember. His friend was hurting, and there was nothing he could do about it. "And I lose her" answered Eren. " So the rumbling..." " No, Armin. That had to be done. Whether I could save Miksasa or not. They all had to die" Eren answered taking his eyes off of Armin.He was telling the truth. Although he would have done anything that had to be done to save both of them."Oye Eren, do you really think, all their lives were worth it all? Do you really think, they deserved to die like that?!" Armin said looking at the grass below them. " Yes" said Eren. He looked up at the sky. With one hand up in the air, he said " I'm sorry Armin. I had to. I saw it. Mikasa will.... put an end to this" " and what about you" Armin asked with a calm voice. "I'll be free" Eren looked at Armin smiling. Armin stared at him. Tears pouring down his face. They hugged each other. " Be happy, Armin. You will save humanity" Eren said." you crazy bastard" Armin said hugging Eren more tightly.
