(This was requested by: @thekrewsoul. This is a modern AU, they are in highschool and stuff. I just realised that the title doesn't have to do with the story but I didn't have any ideas- Oh and the story takes place in summer so uh School is gunna be finished soon for them.)
Aether pov;
I entered the school gates and went straight to find my history class. I was exhausted due to not getting a good amount of sleep, because I had to finish an assignment. I spent almost the whole night to finish it. I walked in the classroom, the bell soon rang and the classroom was quickly filled with my classmates. The teacher entered "Good morning everyone!"
"Good morning Miss"
"Take your out your notebook and go to page 92, please." She countinued

Dainsleif pov;
'He's cute with that sleepy face...' I was staring at him again, I eventually forgot that I was in class...which was a mistake.
"Dainsleif, can you give me an answer for number 4?" The teacher asked
No responce.
"Dainsleif, could you please give me an answer for number 4?" She spoke getting irritated
"Dainsleif!"
"Huh?" I broke out of my trance with slight confusion,
"Give me an answer for number 4."
Bell rings
"Make sure to do your homework. I won't accept anything that comes late!"

Lunch time
Aether pov;
I sat down next to Lumine "Hey Lumine"
"Hi, so let me guess...you didn't get any sleep last night, because of an assignment." She replied
"Yep." I started eating my food (Insert Aether's favorite food or whateva-)
"Aether! There you are, I've been searching for you everywhere!" I turned arround and saw Bennett, he seemed out of breath-
"Oh, hey Bennett. Why we're you searching for me?"
"I need to tell you something! In private though" He says
"Uh o-" He didn't let me finish my sentence and started dragging me away to the rooftop. "soo...what did you want to tell me?" I asked "Well, I heard that Dainsleif has a c-" Once again, I was dragged away to another place.. 'I actually wanted to hear what he was going to say this time..bummer.'
I moved my gaze up to see who pulled me away. 'It was Dain, the one who..I uhh..have a crush on..great.' He looked at me for a brief moment before walking away. 'I can't believe I have a crush on a guy this weird-'
