My Story

The butterflies in my stomach grow as he walks away. I grab my bag and get on the jet. Part of my job is to follow them on cases and help them which would be fun except for the fact they are trying to find a murderer.

I end up sitting next to Emily.

"So-" Morgan starts "What's your story?"

"Huh?"

"We all have a story to why we turned to the BAU. What's yours?"

I grow quiet for a moment.

"I was kicked out."

"What happened?" JJ asked sincerely

"My parents, I told them I was gay. They didn't like it and forced me out of the house. The only reason i was still living at there was because I was having a really hard time keeping a job"

Everyone went silent.

"I'm sorry that happened. Hopefully you can except us as your new family!"

Everyone looked up, it was Penelope on the computer. I smiled slightly. Garcia was always so nice to me I even ended up sleeping at her house for a couple days after being kicked out. I quickly dropped my smile and I closed my eyes. Without even realizing it I fell fast asleep.

I woke up to Emily nudging me to wake up.
