As a child, Kayo was known to be a quiet girl. One however who did show kindness and compassion to others since that's how her parents taught her to be. She's a bit blunt when it comes to her thoughts at times but if it may be too mean, then she'd prefer to stay quiet. Now, the background has been a close companion of hers. She doesn't exactly mind it but she sees herself as someone who wouldn't fit into everyone's world. With her parents constantly helping children and teens without homes, she felt a bit neglected at times. Now she doesn't bare a single ounce of anger though for it. After all, she has a loving home and such unliked those there. But like everyone, she wants some attention and affection too.  A curious spirit whom isn't afraid to ask help when it comes to certain things and a loyal friend to those close to her.

Background:
Kayo grew up with a very loving family that adored children. However her parents unfortunately, her mother suffered infertility and multiple miscarriages. That's what brought on her real estate father and mother to become a foster family. Providing temporary homes for children until they found their permanent one. This has made Kayo adopt quite a few habits and insecurities. For one, she just sees that a lot of people leave due to those kids finding homes once they've created a bond. Then she doesn't see herself as being really a part of her family even if she loves them dearly. She grew up and kept fairly out of most trouble. Participating in science club and keeping most of her time there.
Now what she doesn't know is that she was actually adopted from as a baby. Her parents never told her mainly because her legitimate ones didn't want any contact with her. She is actually a Sohma, the sister of Kureno. Yet with a zodiac as their son, they didn't keep a daughter around because it would only be more difficult for the zodiac.
