Mina De Oro is a private island owned by Visabella Family and it is the main headquarters of the MNDRO (Valor Gang).
They have a organization, MNDRO
(MINA DE ORO ORGANIZATION ).
This org. consist of the legendary agent and richest family in the country and because of that many groups try to killed them.
Their life with their families is good not until someone tried to make their life worst.
They investigate what happened and they found out that the Limousin Gang is the mastermind of it.
And to order of the safety of all families in the org. they decided to use the Mina De Oro island, and make this to a public one, a province, but not under the government.
After a year of preparation for the island, finally, they announce it to the public.
