"Dear god, you look just like her"

Y/N's POV:

„What do you mean??" I asked.

„He's dead" Caroline responded. „He stopped the attackers from staking Hope and got staked in the process" she explained.

„It's all m-my fault" a quiet sob came from my sister.

„Come here" I said before wrapping my arms around her protectively as she cried and cried. „I'm so sorry Hope" that's all I could say. I was speechless, all I could think about is what if they come and attack again?? What if they hurt one of my friends too??

„Your father has decided that it's best for Hope to go home" Caroline spoke again. „I'm supposed to take her there but she told me to bring her here first"

„Y-Yes" Hope said pulling away. „I got y-your letter" she added. „You were a-attacked too, weren't you??"

„Yes, 2 days ago" I responded.

„It didn't seem like your dad knows, Y/N" Caroline said while sitting down next to us on the couch.

„Yes he does, I sent him and the rest of the mikaelsons 6 letters" I explained. „He just doesn't care"

„No, I don't think it's That" Caroline protested."maybe they didn't get the letters"

„Or maybe, they don't give a damn" I repeated. „Why aren't you there,at your school Hope?" I asked. „Like at a funeral or something??"

„Your dad told me to bring Hope home....she isn't staying at our school anymore." Caroline replied once more. „We think it's most safe for Hope and the school if she stays away" she added.

„Alright but why are you here??" I asked.

„Your dad told me to pick you up too. Your also going home, I heard." she responded.

„Y-Yes but not now....I mean I t-thought I had more time" my face went blank. How am I supposed to just grab my bags and leave without saying goodbye??.

„Well, the situation as you know has gotten worse and your family wanted to take you home before Esther manages to attack you" she explained. „Well, I guess that didn't work out, but that's an even more clear sign that you should be going home"

I thought about it, and it did kind of make sense. I tried denying the fact but he was right. All I do here is bring danger to this school. I looked down before saying „give me time till morning"

„Alright," Caroline started. „I'll pick you up in the morning then, in the mean time Hope and I will find a hotel in London" she sighed.

„Hope you can stay" I looked up. „There's an extra bed in the girls dormitory"

„Well, then I'll go find myself a hotel and see you tomorrow where we will take off at 6:30 am alright?"
Caroline spoke.

We both nodded before going up the girls dormitory. I showed my sister the extra bed once we entered. Luckily it was so late that even Lavender and Parvati are asleep because they would ask a thousand questions about my sister and my sister and I were both not in the mood for that.

My sister laid down and fell asleep almost immediately. I patiently waited and made sure she was sleeping before quietly sneaking out of the girls dormitory and into the boys dormitory.

I opened and closed the door really slow so it wouldn't make a sound and made my way over to Harry's bed. I expected him to be sleeping peacefully but once I laid down next to him he opened his eyes. „Where did you go??" he asked looking at me. I could only see his face because of the moonlight that was shining through the window.
