"looks like someones happy," Lumine snickered. "Oh me? It's nothing," Childe said. "Anyways again, I gotta close up so get outta here." The ginger waved the twins good bye and locked the entrance.
"I cant believe it- Zhongli works there, I'll get to see him!" He shouted happily. As he was in one of his daydreams, he heard a voice. "Oh hello Childe, you live around here to?" Childe turned around to see Zhongli. "AH ZHONGLI- UH s-sorry I didnt see you there and yes I live by haha," he laughed.
"Its ok, oh have you had dinner yet? I'd love to spend time and get to know you," Zhongli handed out his hand. Abit taken back Childe grabbed it and Zhongli leaded him down town. "So do you wanna go eat at a restaurant?" suggested Zhongli. Childe nodded. "Sure why not?" The older smiled. "Great I know an amazing place."
Afew minutes later and then arrive to the restaurant. "Hello Xiangling," Zhongli greeted. "Oh Zhongli, welcome! Table for two? Be with you in a momment." Xiangling said. Childe smirked at Zhongli. "Wow insteresting, Mr.Zhongli is kinda popular," he snickered.
Zhongli looked at the ginger and rolled his eyes. Under Zhongli's calm face was stress. The boy was afraid to mess up. He never intended for this to dinner to happen it was sudden. Zhongli knew that all that talk about not being ready to talk or confront Childe was bullshit. He was ready but still couldn't understand his feelings.
"So what do mean by get to know me? Im not that interesting," Childe pouted. "Well for starters, like how old are you? Or whens your birthday?" Zhongli asked. "Im 22, July 20th, I have afew siblings. Like Teucer, hes my sweet adorable little brother," Childe smiled. "Thats really amazing, your such a wonderful person Childe." Childe blushed. "Tartaglia or Ajax." "huh?"
"Its my two other names, you dont have to just call me Childe," he commented. "Oh alright, then how about I call you Ajax," says the other male. "Ok the table over to your left in the corner, and heres the menu." Xiangling handed Zhongli the menu and the two men sat down at the table.
"how about we order the Jueyun Chilli chicken and the Bamboo Shoot Soup?" Zhongli pointed to the two foods. "How about some seafood to? Like the Calla Lilly Seafood Soup?" Childe asked. Zhongli looked at Childe weirdly. "What is there something on my face?" The ginger said. "No it's just... haha I don't like seafood," Zhongli covered his face. "You don't lik- It's fine we dont have to order it! I like spicy things and bamboo soup sounds good yeah!" Childe laughed.
