Your POV
I looked around the room before looking down to stare at the bee. I started to wonder if I was hearing things, but I kind of thought it was the bee. A talking bee probably would just cause trouble for me anyway. I raised the fly swatter preparing to kill it again but before I could do anything I heard someone ask:"Well DO you like jazz?"

After staring at the bee for about a good five minutes, it started speaking to me. "Hi! I'm Barry." I just continued to stare at it...him?....He looked at me as if he expected me to talk. I mean last I checked bees couldn't talk. So conclusion A. He's some fucked up science project or something B. I'm going crazy ad delusional. Honestly, I didn't know which one was better.

I continued to stare at the bee but then I decided to leave and pretend it didn't happen. If I was lucky it would leave and I could forget this ever happened. Unfortunately, I am not. The bee got up and followed me out of the room. I thought if I ignored it that it would go away. It didn't, it stayed on the counter watching me. It then flew in front of my face and asked "Can I order something?" What the hell is a bee going to order!? The bee then proceeded to order a strawberry milk tea with honey boba. I might as well serve him...I went to the back room and prepared the drink. I then wondered how he would even pay. I walked out and put the drink on the table. He paid. But he couldn't even pick up the drink. "Hold on, I need to get someone to help me."

I waited for a while drumming my fingers on the counter top. I looked up when I heard the bell above the door ring. It was Vanessa. Of course a bee would be friends with Vanessa. She owns a flower shop, he's a bee. Makes sense. She walked up to me with the bee flying by her shoulder. "Hello, (Y/n)" she said in a somewhat formal yet cold tone. I decided to be nice. Only because she was a customer of course. The bee then spoke, "Sorry Vanessa but I couldn't carry it to you." So...it was for Vanessa..? She grabbed the drink and they both walked out cheerfully chatting.

I guessed I'd see the bee again considering he was hanging out with Vanessa. I heard the bell ring and saw a group of people walk in. I better get to work now.

Finally, work was over. I could have left early if those kids didn't make such a big mess. A family had walked in with four toddlers. They spilt boba everywhere and there was food all over the table. They had arrived around 4 and left at 5, plenty of time to make a mess. It took me an hour to clean along with the occasional customer.

I walked out of the shop and realized how dark it was. I usually left at 6 to avoid walking in the dark. Stupid family... At least the weather felt nice. I continued to walk down the dark streets occasionally hearing a var pass by. I crossed the street and enteted my apartment. By this time it was now 8 and I know I wouldn't sleep for another 4 hours. I walked to the kitchen to make some dinner...or just eat whatever was in my house. I opened the fridge and pull out ingredients for a sandwich. I go to the cabinet above the sink to grab a plate...and thats when I saw it.

...

There was a dead squirrel outside the window on the fence. I saw another squirrel walking away from it. Hmmm...they must've fought. I wondered why. But then they are squirrels, so it could be any reason.

I made a sandwich and ate it. I then decided even if I can't sleep I might as well rest. I lay in bed thinking about today's events. A talking bee? Ehat the fuck!? After a while of thinking I fell asleep.
