Code 1: Alucard Ultimate

Chapter 1

A castle in the Dark Abyss housed by enslaved orcs and dark elves was spotted by a demon hunter, who casually walked in.

This demon hunter entered the castle without warning, and without guards. Demonic corpses were seen around him wherever he went. Blood flowed on its cursed land, and its sky was of eternal night.

He also witnessed the corrupted orcs and dark elves having a formal toast of red wine and raw meat. Then, he was stopped and escorted by one of the blood orcs.

They were all stained red but cordially ready to meet this guest.

BLOOD ORC
"A guest has arrived, prepare the seat, now!!"

Dressed in a red Victorian suit, the hunter showed his intimidating and pale face, red eyes, and white hair, reminiscent of a vampire as he grinned with his sharp teeth. He was known in the Land of Dawn as the infamous demon hunter, with the name of the great Count Alucard.

ALUCARD
"Retain your manners, for I do not come here to feast. Are there reservations for the VIP at the front? I would like to participate."

BLOOD ORC
"This is no show, vampire. No place for someone on a stage."

ALUCARD
"Really? Then why do I hear solemn songs and formal eulogies? Hmph, I smell the stink of monsters. I know there is something going on without any of you giving me information. I will also like you to offer yourself a meal. You'll need it for this glorious ceremony, not me."

BLOOD ORC
"What does that mean, vampire? Oh, by the way, pardon us for the red spills."

ALUCARD
"Red spills? Interesting, for there is a dark ritual concealed inside here, or more importantly, a cult initiation. An initiation that ultimately leads to the increase of the size of an army by recruiting more fanatics, which in turn involves numerous sacrifices, turning brother against brother as a result of this zeal. This leads them to no choice but killing until none of them are left standing. Did your masters tell you that this will happen, until the first time you are fated to be decimated by anyone around you?"

One of the blood elves, licking his lips to clean up the red thing around them, interrupted and apologized calmly.

BLOOD ELF
"Forgive me for objecting your assumption, hunter. There was no dark ritual involved. However, the blood-red seal glowing before you is where our queen, the great Queen Alice, will be summoned. Elves will participate in this glorious summoning."

ALUCARD
"Hmph, elves. I saw many of them imprisoned behind you, chained and fettered, waiting for their imminent deaths. Maybe your Alice bitch wanted you to offer all their lives as willing sacrifices. Didn't you think?"

The curtain suddenly fell down, exposing the cage of elves crying and chanting for help.

"Great Moon Goddess!! If suffering shall be imminent, sacrifice will be inevitable. Please give us the strength and courage to resist evil, and the faith and hope for us to survive from this horror!!"

Knowing that the orcs and elves were exposed, they decided to change their plans and prepared their daggers and axes for an attack against Alucard. They seemed frustrated while hearing this exposé.

The same blood elf gave him death threats in response.

BLOOD ELF
"Sacrifices? Before this ceremony begins, we will have a last-minute emergency plan suitable only for you, vampire!! In short, the hunter will be the one being hunted!! You are no elf, but if you think you stand a chance against us, you better surrender and leave, not interrupting our ceremony!! Because of your interference, we will change our mind from this moment on. We will offer you first as a sacrifice to the Dark Lord!!"

Alucard then grabbed his sword, laughing before speaking to them calmly in response.

ALUCARD
"Then, before you can offer my life to your master, let me show you the art of killing!"

Chaos ensued between Alucard and the blood orcs and elves, who were actually demons working for Alice.

With the elves witnessing the hunter being overrun by these forces of the Abyss, they prayed that he would emerge victorious.

"Great Moon Goddess, we're begging you, please give this hunter the strength and courage to vanquish the evils around us!! Please protect him from harm!!"

Alucard casually slashed the demons, leading to their bodies overflowing with blood. Then, upon seeing a small group of demons charging him, he jumped, rolled, and created a narrow crack on the floor upon landing, slicing any demon in front of him in half.

The demons, being outwitted and witnessing some of their kind being hacked in this gruesome battle, regrouped and were commanded to strike back against him.

"Surround him!! Immediately!!"

The rest of the demons encircled Alucard, hoping that he wouldn't manage to set the cages open.

Alucard was a bit pleased of their strategy.

ALUCARD
"He-hey, not bad. Now, let me hear all of you squeal!!"

The demon hunter whirled his body, slashing against the throats of every demon near and around him. The slit throats filled his blade with blood, much to Alucard's satisfaction. Also, there were demonic heads flying everywhere and falling to the ground, painting the floor red.

Until the last surviving demon, terrified at Alucard's presence, knelt to him and gave him the keys just to plead for his mercy.

ALUCARD
"The next time that you had a formal ceremony, don't forget to bring invitations to anyone, friend or foe alike. Knock on their doors and bring them here. Is it clear?"

The hunter received the keys, but after attempting to retreat, the same demon quickly charged at him and attempted to slash him with its sharp claw.

ALUCARD
"Bloody fool."

But that poor demon was impaled by Alucard's sword, healing his wounds in return.

Later...

One by one, all of the cages were open, and the chains were broken. Alucard then heard a worried voice of a female elf, who also witnessed him saving her kind after some time since they last met.

"The cage is open. We have to move out now!! Retreat to our King Estes!!"
