“The boy is here.” Kai whispered to Tueur. He nodded and said, “Leave.” So he had eventually come. The world was full of such foolish people. They believed in what they claimed to be the words of wise men, their elders, the scholars and philosophers. “Prevarications,” he sighed. He, Tueur, knew better than to believe in the inventions of futile minds; the products of absurd thoughts combined with the typical human nature. The boy, for instance, blindly set out on this path, the path he believed could save his love. ‘Love’, the lie he despised the most. There existed no such thing. He could not help feel sorry for all those people out there brainwashed and forced to believe in the supposedly all-powerful force of nature: love.
He remembered his own youth. He remembered the days of his naïve life. He remembered how he himself had almost succumbed to love-the ultimate lie. Yes, he could recall each and every detail vividly. But fortunately, Z had found him just in time. He had taught him what the world could not. He had saved him from these lies. He had given Tueur a new life, a purpose. He was his mentor. Yes, killing her had been difficult; her last words had haunted him for days after he had committed the crime: “Someday, I hope you will realize Emmanuelle, that it is not love that is false, but the hate fed to you by that monster is”. But Z had been right, it had been important for the cleansing of his brain and soul, for depriving them of the fabrications.
The boy was going to discover all this soon though, the poison fed to his mind by the world. It was time.
