Will you be my girlfriend?

Y/N POV:

I walked down the stairs from mias room to go to my room and I ran into vinnie coming out the garage.

V: oh hey
Y: hi
I said as I walked into my room following after vinnie behind me.

V: um y/n I actually need to ask you something
Y: what's up?
Vinnie sat down on the bed and I walked over and sat next to him

V: well I know we have been together in a way kinda but I just want to make things official.
Y: and you mean?..

Vinnie was quiet for a minute or two and then I picked up his chin facing me waiting for a response.

V: y/n will you be my girlfriend?

I froze stuck in between my options.
"Yes yes!"
I wanted to scream but I was stuck in the middle of what kouvr and Mia told me.
I love vinnie and I wouldn't trade the world for what we have but.... I just didn't know if I was ready.

Y: um.. vinnie
Y: listen I love you a lot and I want a future with you but, I just don't think I'm ready.
V: oh

Vinnie sat there looking down

Y: vinnie don't get it confused please cause I really do love you vinnie.

Vinnie looked up into my eyes

Y: I- I just don't think I'm ready..

V: it's.. it's okay y/n.

Y: I'm really sorry vin

V: no it's okay. I'll wait until your ready I promise. I don't want to be with anyone else but you.

I smiled at vinnie and hugged him for a little and then vinnie went off to hang out with his friends and I stayed in the house for the remainder of the day.

VINNIES POV:

I walked out y/ns room. Devastated in a way. I really liked y/n and I couldn't imagine myself with anyone else but her. I just decided that I'm gonna wait until she's ready cause I don't want to force her to do anything.

Jack: what's up dude
Jack said coming down the stairs with Michael

V: what's up we're r you guys off too?

M: eh we were actually boutta go down to the sway house you comin with?

V: sure
I said as I grabbed the puff bar Michael was handing out for me to grab

I took a quick hit of the puff
V: I don't got anything else to do anyway

I said blowing out in a Devastated way

T: why what happened?

Thomas said as he came up behind us while we were all standing by the pool

J: did y/n break up with youu?

Jack said in a sarcastic way trying to be funny

I took another hit while they were waiting for my response.

V: actually

V: yeah.. she did.

I looked up at Michael and handed him his puff bar back.

J: o-oh.. I'm so sorry man I didn't-

V: nah your fine.

V: we weren't really together anyway.

M: sorry man
Michael said hitting my back

T: so like that's it? There's no more hope for you guys?

V: well she said that she wanted a relationship with me but wasn't ready in a way.

V: what ever the fuck that means

I said kicking a rock into the pool

We heard someone running up to us from behind us and we all turned around to see Connor

C: Hey you guys ready to go get fucked ?
Connor said running up behind us out of breath

T: yeah I'm down let's go

M: My car

V: Sure why not

We all got in the car and started to drive to sway.
