Happy Birthday

I finally woke up to the sunlight flowing into my hotel room. I turned to my alarm clock and saw that it was 6:45 am

I decided it was time for me to get up and take a shower and get dressed up.

As I was taking a shower I started to think back at my life.

I grew up learning to defend myself and hide thanks to Illumi and Hisoka

But once the Zoldycks wanted me they let me go to live a peaceful life

Despite everyone thinking Illumi was cold-hearted he really wasn't. I just got lucky and was able to see it

I need to thank those two today, because it wasn't for them I wouldn't have even had a chance at living this life.

I started to shampoo my hair and thought back to all the hardships I've gone through and how much stronger I've gotten.

Washing out the shampoo and applying the conditioner I realized that my life was finally turning around.

Maybe my horrible luck had finally run out and life would be better

I started to shave off my hair while I let my conditioner soak into my hair

I finally have a loving and accepting family

I practically have a kid and husband and I'm taking steps towards achieving my dreams

After I finished shaving I washed my hair out and turned the shower off.

I then grabbed a towel to dry and wrap my hair with. Then another to dry myself off with.

I wrapped that towel around myself too and headed back into my room to chose what I would wear today.

After thinking for 10 minutes I decided on a cute but simple dress

Now that I was ready I decided since everyone was probably still asleep I would meditate

Its been a while since I've done this and it would be really good for my quirk to gain some energy.

After what felt like five minutes I heard a knock on my door and got up to open it.

I was surprised to see everyone infront of my door with little gifts wishing me a happy birthday

" Aww thank you everyone, you really didn't need to. Being with you all is more than enough for me "

They all just hugged me after I said that.

They all said we had to spend the day together to enjoy it and that they wanted to treat me to breakfast.

We all headed to a cute Cafe where I ordered fluffy pancakes with strawberries on top (if you're allergic change the fruit)

While we were enjoying breakfast I noticed Shota was dressed all cute today.

I couldn't resist seeing him like this. I just had to hold his hand. Slowly I reached over to grab his hand when he noticed

He just smiled gently at me and held my hand. He then whispered into my ear that he loved me and happy birthday

What he didn't know was that those few little words had my birthday the best it had ever been in all of my life.

I truly love this man and can't wait for him to be all mine
