The BooHawka turns the corner and charges at Cayden and I. Cayden and I get up from our fall and push ourselves against opposite sides of a wall. The BooHawka stops charging after it doesn't see us. It starts looking around scouting the floor level we were on. The man that was supposed to keep us imprisoned here was behind us but dead as a corpuses. Their bones are just sitting there with dog tags hanging from them.
"What the heck is that!?" Cayden whispered to LeCoreyen from across the room.
"Shhhhh!" I put my finger up to my lips and then pointed at the stairway next to the BooHawka's feet. The elevator was clearly not gonna work. I just didn't feel it was the best option to go. We tiptoe to the door like tip toeing was actually gonna silence our footsteps. We opened the door and it squeaked and echoed throughout the entire base hall. We entered the door quickly and then stared at the door expecting something to happen.
There was a disturbing silence in the stairway. . . then this horrible smell entered into the stairway from the crack below the door. We rushed up the stairs as we started to see that there was an acid lava like liquid filling the bottom part of the stairway. We open the door that leads into the next level of the underground labs. And BOOOOM!!! The bottom door burst open and the acid filled the stairway up to a foot away from the steps we were on. The smell starts to rise and we rush into the door and start barricading it. The BooHawka emerges from the acid and hits the door continuously with its tail.
"That was close and creepy c'mon the control room is right down the hall." I told Cayden as he looked at the door hoping it held.
"What was that thing?" Cayden said without any breath.
"I don't know, maybe the control room may have answers." I said as I opened the control room door.
"Hitler!" Cayden says and starts to levitate by accident.
"Cayden calming down your emotions is triggering your powers. Not that I don't want this guy dead but he has information and if you use your powers without controlling them the right way we could level half the world." I told Cayden. Cayden begins to calm down and he gently rests his feet back on the ground.
"What's going on and what is that. . . that thing out there?" I yelled at Hitler.
"My sister who appeared to be my lover the last time we spoke betrayed me." Hitler Jr. said while coughing out blood.
"Hitler doesn't have a sister stop lying to us!" Cayden said.
"I'm Hitler Jr. I managed to get away from one of the BooHawka's. A BooHawka is that thing that chased y'all up here. It's a biological weapon. Before the war started we found the last dinosaur, but all we could do with it is replicate its size. So we are the most dangerous animals known to us and combine their DNA with the mind of a human but the size of a dinosaur. The tail of a crocodile, the main and body of a lion, the roar claws and teeth of a grizzly bear, and somehow it came out with the ability to release a lave acid like liquid from its feet, bullet proof skin, Hawk wings, toxic gas that he can release from two holes in his shoulders, and he can poop out smoke grenades' witch he generates like eggs." Hitler was explained until Cayden interrupted.
"The one that chased us up here had blue eyes though." Cayden said confused as ever
"Yes you were luckier than I was. That was a female. I was attacked by a male. You can always figure out its gender by its eyes red means male and blue means female. The males are way stronger than the females. The male will have Hawk wings and the female wont. They are also weakened by fire according to all we've tested. So far that's the only thing to harm them."
"Why did you create more after you saw the creation?" I asked stupidly.
"We heard about the technology that was brought from 1stEarth and figured we weren't included in the prizes. When y'all awoke from your memory wipe we got a signal from outer space. Same tech as the 1stEarth. They also sent a transmission." Hitler said while pushing a button to play the transmission.
