A Not so Quick Trip

The walk was short. Part of the way there Entrapta spent trying to convince Hordak to tell them a story from when he was working with Horde Prime before the war. And the last part of the way there was Hordak actually telling the story. It was quite interesting, too.

We quickly arrived at Brightmoon. I heard Entrapta sigh before leading us all up to the entrance.

Glimmer was standing there, waiting. Just like last time. Hordak pinned his ears back once he saw her and Entrapta immediately reached for my hand and held it in hers.

"Queen Glimmer," Hordak greeted. "Lord Hordak," Glimmer replied. Hordak shifted his weight uncomfortably. "Ah, it's just Hordak," he corrected her. "Hordak," Glimmer repeated, and then turned to me, Entrapta, and Emily. She greeted us with a nod and then gestured for us to follow her inside as she started walking in. The guards opened the door for us.

Brightmoon hadn't changed. I didn't expect it to. Everything was the same. Normal. I didn't like being back here.

Glimmer led us to the War Room. The walk there was awkwardly silent and I could sense Entrapta and Hordak getting more and more nervous as we came closer. Entrapta had a death grip on my hand. When I glanced over at Hordak, I noticed Entrapta was holding his hand as well. Emily scurried next to Hordak. We were all worried and it was obvious. As we walked into the room, everyone who was seated stared. I didn't know what they were going to do to them. I didn't know what they wanted to do to Entrapta and Hordak.

Glimmer walked around the table to sit in her chair. Silently, the three of us sat down as well. Emily stood next to Entrapta.

A few glares were being sent in Hordak's direction. He glared back which I found amusing, but I knew it wasn't the time to laugh. Staring. Everyone was still staring, and it made me uncomfortable.

Glimmer cleared her throat before speaking. She decided to avoid talking about how they were originally going to be generous because she knew Entrapta would get upset.

"We have decided on a proper punishment for you. There won't be any arguing, we've made up our minds. I'm aware that our last "meeting" was positive, but unfortunately today won't be that way," Glimmer explained, looking at us. "Hordak will be sent to Beast Island. Emily will be permanently powered off, and Y/N will stay here at Brightmoon with us."

"NO! You can't do that! Hordak has changed! Y/N is happy with me, please Glimmer! Emily did nothing wrong! This is unfair! Why do you treat us like this?! Please, just send me to Beast Island!" Entrapta immediately protested. Glimmer glared at Entrapta as tears started to form in her magenta eyes. "Alright, then I will send both you and Hordak to Beast Island," Glimmer said as she narrowed her eyes. "No!" Entrapta exclaimed.

"Why on Etheria would you permanently power Emily off?! That's ridiculous! She did nothing!" I shouted. "She's, like, a Horde bot. Geek Princess could use her to attack us or something, I dunno," Mermista answered. I scoffed in disbelief. None of this was fair, and none of it made sense. Why were they just now deciding this? Why did they decide this? They had lost their minds! Scorpia and Catra seemed to be the only quiet ones. They said nothing. I wondered what they were thinking, but immediately stopped when I snapped back into reality hearing Entrapta's loud shouts and sobs of protest.

"I will NOT let you take everyone away from me! It's not fair! Please, don't do this!" she cried out. "I said no arguing! Our minds have been made up, Entrapta!" Glimmer exclaimed. Then, Entrapta broke down crying. Everyone just watched. I reached over to pull her into a hug hesitantly, and Entrapta wrapped her hair around me, pulling me closer to her. Her arms wrapped around me and her face was buried in my chest, her sobs muffled. I slowly looked back up at everyone in the room. "You all are CRAZY!" I hissed, my voice filled with rage.

"Not my choice. We all voted," Glimmer defended herself. "I don't care who decided this, I don't care! This isn't fair! I'm not staying here with you guys! I don't care what you do, I will never stay here with you guys!" I yelled at everyone.

Glimmer stood up from her spot and walked over to us. "You four will stay here tonight. Hordak will be exiled to Beast Island tomorrow and Emily will be powered off tonight. Mermista and Perfuma want to speak to you tonight, Y/N. Privately."

(A/N: Sorry I made the princesses so mean, heh, I just have a very good idea for the fic 😈)
