Chapter 5-Luke?

"Luke?"

he looked confused then looked at my brother and friends. realization had hit him. His eyes widened and looked at me shocked. "oh wow, um spencer?" "no shit, Sherlock" I quickly tried to get out of his grasp, but he tightened his grip even more. "no wait. im so sorry. i really am. after i found out you left, i felt like shit. im sorry" he actually seemed like he meant it, but I knew better. "no you're not. you were never upset, you just made that up. you think just because you say you felt bad and you apologize, everything is alright? you've got another thing coming buddy. Just because I lost weight, became more confident, look a hell of a lot better, does not mean you get to try and hook up with me."

I pushed him away and went to order. I started mentally high-fiving myself and laughing because of everyone shocked faces, especially Luke's.

Soon after my friends got pass their shocked state, they ordered and sat down at the table I was sitting up. No one said anything until we finish our food. Wesley was first to speak, "wow. i've never been more proud of you." once he said that everyone else agreed. "told you people would be shocked when you came back," Lindsey said. I started laughing and agreed with her.

we all got back into my car before I realize something. "trin?" "yeah?" he replied. "are you still dating Ashton?" everyone looked at me worriedly, then at her. "um...." there was a long pause, but I knew the answer. "you don't have to say it, I know you are. I'm happy for you. At least I know he's treating you right because you've been together this long." her gloomy frown soon what up into a smile. "oh thank you spence. he's literally so sweet and caring and hot..." she started rambling on about him. I quickly scanned everyone's faces, which were quite humorous. Once I saw Wes his face, I busted out laughing. "what?" trin questioned so innocently. "what's his reaction towards your rambling of ash," i replied, "he looked absolutely horrified." "girl up Wes," she told him. "...but im a guy" "well you're hanging out with girls right now, so get over it." "alright. alright. fine." "good."

im not dead😂okay well i don't even know where to begin, but I'll start off by saying im extremely and utterly sorry. I've been busy and i know that's no excuse, but I've also had such a difficult time figuring out what direction i want this story to take, and i think I've figured it out. also, sorry this is short but it's just a filler. im hoping to update the next chapter sometime today. until next time my lovelies💙
