One More Time ||| KOTLC oneshots

First kiss #2

(idk the landscapes or anything of Florida and Disney land so please don't judge) 

Disney land was amazing, we drove the cars, we shot each other in the toy story ride, and rode the slinky dog ride, we went on a bunch of water rides and a lot more. Keefe got SOAKED on the water ride and was so close to falling off the rapids. Somehow I had fallen over while sitting down on the bench for lunch (they arrive at Disney at 11:00) I was just sitting there then I leaned over to grab a fry off Keefe's plate and ended up on the ground. I ended up with a huge bruise down my side but it's not as bad as normal. 

As the sun was setting and our date was coming to an end we decided to walk into the forest reserve a couple of miles away from the city and watch the sunset and then head back to the lost cities for dinner, even though it would probably be midnight. I asked Keefe why we are staying so long and wouldn't Grady and Edeline be worried about me? And he told me that he had already told them where we were going. Grady said if we weren't back at 7:00, human time, that he would not allow us to see each other again, and I would be grounded, and Sandor would have full permission to hurt Keefe if he tried to come near me. 

.........At the top of the mountain, watching the sunset.........

Keefe grabbed my hand and pulled me up the last rock, "this better be good" I huff. After 20 minutes of walking and tripping a million times I was really tired. 

"Just around this corner" he says with a smirk. "Ready?" I nod, tiredly. As we round the corner I gasp. It feels like we are on top of the world. The whole forest is spread out below us, dots of green, yellow, and brown. The sky is a blend of colors, red, yellow, pink and midnight blue. Theres a little lake about 3 miles away, reflecting all of the colors. It almost looks like something you would find in the lost cities. 

A hand grabs my waist pulling me back and out of my trance. "Don't go too far, I don't want more Foster near-death experience on my hands" Keefe says and keeps pulling me back towards the cliff face. 

"Keefe, this is absolutely amazing, thank you" I turn around and hug him, reluctantly pulling my eyes away from the view. 

"Anything for you Foster" I think I here him mutter against my hair. We stay like that for a while, watching the sun go down. After that we have dinner on a picnic mat Keefe set up while I was soaking up the view. 

I kept on stuffing fries into my mouth that somehow Keefe had gotten from the Burger King near Disney. "You almost done there, Foster?" 

"No" I answer with my mouth full. We had ordered 2 burgers and a large fries. Even though elves are vegetarian we let it slip. Both of us promising not to tell anyone. "I don't think I can ever stop" I move to his side and leaned against his shoulder. "I think I could stay here forever" I look up at Keefe and see him smiling down at me. 

He smirks "I could too"

 Suddenly I get lost in his eyes and his hand reaches up and tucks my hair behind my ear that must of fallen out of my bun. He leans down and I can feel his warm breath on my face. He's so close that our noses almost touch. The next thing I know his lips are crashing into mine. They are warm and slightly salty from the chips. I lock my hands behind his neck and pull him closer to me. I open my mouth slightly and he takes advantage, after that I completely forgot everything. 

.........5 years later.........

Keefe and I have been dating for five years now and tomorrow will be our 'first date anniversary' as Biana likes to call it. She and Tam got together about a year after us, and are now recently engaged (a few weeks ago Tam proposed) and they are getting married in two months. Fitz and Lihn got married a few weeks ago and Dex and Marella have started dating. 

"Watcha thinking about Foster?" Keefe asks, scaring me, I was sitting in my bedroom. I run up and hug him "whoa, what's with all these emotions" 

I smile up at him and kiss him on the nose "I haven't seen you in a WEEK!" 

"Sure you did" I looks up at the ceiling, thinking. "I came round to Fitz's and Lihn's house to help you bring in all there stuff"

"Ok, but that was on Monday, I haven't seen you since!" 

He smirks at me, but I know he's hiding something behind it "I've been busy with daddy dearest"

"What does he want" worry and bad thoughts fill my head 

"Whoa, not like that, he just thinks 'I should get a job soon' and 'take care of myself for once'" he shakes his head "but nothing that you should worry about"

I smile and kiss him again. "I'm going over to see Biana, I need to help her find a new house" 

"Isn't that a job for Tam and Biana?" Keefe asks me, swiping some imaginary dirt off my shoulder.

I catch his hand "Tam's a little bit nervous, of course we'll make no final decision without Tam's approval"

"Ok, I, uh, have to go. See you tomorrow?" Weirdly Keefe sounds nervous. I ignore all the thoughts why he's nervous, and just nod. 

.........Next day.........

"Are you ready?" Keefe asks me, I can hear his smile

"I think so?" I answer, Keefe woke me up early this morning saying he had a 'surprise' 

Keefe chuckles "3, 2, 1" he rips the blindfold off and I realize that we are standing where we had our first kiss five years ago. It's still as amazing as the long time ago. There is a little bit more development far back but all in all it's still the same. 

"Wow, Keefe, Thank you!" I turn around too kiss him but he is looking down, is really nervous and is playing with something in his pocket. He looks up at me and realize I've turned around. He nervously laughs and kisses me. "Are you okay, Keefe?" 

He looks back at the forest and says "yeah, Soph, I am" it scared me that he was saying my real name not the nickname that I've learned to love these past years. 

Suddenly Keefe drops too one knee and pulls out a ring and says "Sophie Foster, I love you so so much, you are the most wonderful, prettiest girl I have ever seen. Will you make me the happiest elf in the whole world and become my wife?" I cover my mouth with my hands and I feel my eyes begin to water 

"Sophie, you okay?" I nod and barrel into him giving him a huge hug. I kiss him passionately and when we break apart Keefe smirks at me "I'll take that as a yes?" 

I kiss him again "yes, yes, a thousand times yes!" 

He kisses me "I love you"

I smile "I love you too"
