Chapter 2: Butterflies

I've heard people talk about butterflies many a time. No one told me they would feel like this.

I feel them in my stomach when you text me. I feel them in my heart when you talk to me. I feel them in my back right before you kiss me.

That's a lie.

I feel them everywhere when you kiss me. From my toes all the way to my eyelids. When we kiss I feel like my body is on fire and my insides are just melting, leaving me hollow.

Intoxicated.

Every sport you touch leaves behind electricity. Every sport you kiss is left tingling. They don't feel like butterflies, they feel like elephants, stomping around in my body.

How is it even possible for me to feel these things?

How do you make me feel this?
