Leafys pov

My eyes flutter and my vision becomes clearer as I wake up.

I look around to see myself in a hospital gown. White walls surround me with memories of my dark past. I turn to my right side to see firey sitting there with his hoodie in his hands. I don't think he notices I'm up.

"Where I'm I?" I ask without hesitation.

Firey jumped a bit looking to be startled by my comment and turns to face me looking straight in my eyes.

"You're in the hospital." said firey with his warm amber eyes.

"Wheres everybody else?" I ask

"They're at school."

"What about you, why are you here?"

"D-Don't get the wrong idea! My classes got canceled today."

"Okay, okay sorry!"

We both stole glances from each other as the room fills up with awkwardness.

"You know firey, you've changed quite a lot ever since middle school."

"erm, you have too."

We stare at each other for a solid 30 seconds until he turns away. Suddenly the door creaks open.

"Ms.evergreen, you can change and leave now.

"Oh okay thank you."

I struggled to get up while firey walked to my side and escorted me to the bathroom.

as I walk down the hallway with firey I feel like I'm fading, or dissolving into the world.

"There's a chance she won't make it, this condition of hers is very dangerous and it cant get cured."

"There has to be something you can do!"

"Ma'am this is is a regular hospital, we can't do anything and they haven't created hospitals for people with powers. My deepest apologies."

"I knew we should've killed her the moment she killed her cousin."

"Alright Mr and Ms evergreen, ill need you to pay the hospital bill by next month."

"Leafy, Leafy"

"LEAFY we're at your house."

"oh uh sorry"

As I walk inside my older sister greets me with a big hug.

"OHMYGOD I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!"

"Relax violet, I'm alive and well I just fell unconscious.

"Oh okay."

as I walk inside I begin to walk upstairs until my brother approaches me.

"Hey twin sis! I heard what happened, you sure you didn't try to commit suicide again?

"Yes fern now can you let me pass I need to go shower"

"oh sure."

Time skip: its the next day and there at school the time is 8:50 A.M

Third person POV :

"Hey leafy!" said the redhead with a spike on her headband dashing towards leafy.

"Oh hey pin!"

"How are you feeling?"

"I'm fine." said leafy showing a slight smile.

"I'm sorry about what happened yesterday! Golfball said that she chose the wrong potion which caused you to collapse."

"Don't worry about it pin, it's not any of our faults!"

Pin stands there facing me but looking down towards the floor.

"is anything bothering you?"

Oh uh well, there is something that is."

"And what's that?"

"Well, you know how I'm in a bunch of clubs like literature, sewing, and anime too?

"Yeah?"

"Could you join some to help me out?"

"I'm already in the anime club, isn't that enough?"

"Pleeeassse! I'm only asking for the baking and music club, you sing reallllly good!

"What about baking I'm not good at that!"

"ill teach you."

"hmmm okay fine, ill sign up later today."

"Okay, the meeting starts at 5:00 P.M."

"Okay bye!"
