Chapter 18

-valk pov- 

I quietly walked along the pouring streets letting myself get soaked mindlessly. 

i need to get to father

I need to tell him whats going on

lynx why would they do this to you? 

lynx could never use his powers for this long, they have been edited, something is wrong with his powers. 

The sky flashes bright white almost blinding white. 

my vision goes dark purple and sends me flying backwards. 

I brace myself for impact against the sidewalk. 

i feel my body hit on the side walk. 

my eyes fly open to see where I was walking scorched and the sky fo clear for a minute before back dark blue storming. 

lightning? come on! I push myself up off the sidewalk and my vision fades back to clear. 

thank you storm, I would rather not die from tristan's powers today... 

The rest of the walk goes by rather fast it seems. 

I look up to see the massive house. "so big for only 2." 

I drag myself up the steps hitting the doorbell. 

the door opens. 

"welcom-" the bitch opens the door only to slam it in my face. 

without even thinking lava rock flies to the door keeping it open. "THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO NOT LET ME IN- IM HERE TO TALK TO MY FATHER NOT YOU!" 

"WE DONT WANT YOU GET YOUR ASS BACK TO THAT SCHOOL!" The woman yells back at me. 

"What is going on here?" A male voice I instantly recognise appears. 

"FATHER I NEED TO TALK TO YOU!!" now or never valk. 

the door opens making the lava rock drop to the floor. 

"Hello valk how can i help you?" he stares blankly at me. 

"please just let me explain. in private. it is urgent." 

"come in, follow me." he opens the door. 

He leads me to an office looking room and shuts the door with a sigh. "Whats wrong...? 

i mindlessly explain to him what had been told to me. 

"So Lynx's powers have caused all of this? well then this should be an easy fix."

*sorry to those of you who thought this was a chapter update, I just had to edit it I accidentally wrote the name of the brother in my other book instead of lynx.. whoops.*
