I woke up gasping. My eyes were glazed with tears as I slowly scanned the room, failing to notice a pink figure my the door.
My brain felt fuzzy as I recalled what I was dreaming about.
Hm. It was about..

Small flashback (sorry)
(Y/n is 8)

'IDIOTS!' I yelled over my shoulder as a string of laughter and jokes passed by my shoulder.
I sighed, bored of their antics. It was my turn to collect the ball, those sissies threw it into the porch of the house across the road.
I sprinted to the path before changing it into a fast pace as I crossed over and grabbed the ball. I spun round and held the ball triumphantly above my head and grinned like I just won the lottery. Without thinking, I ran into the road, and saw the glaring headlights of a truck progressing closer.
Like a deer in the headlights, I felt myself freeze. It was like in those dreams where you are unable to move. It was terrifying.
Air escaped my lungs in a small exhale as I screwed my eyes shut and braced myself for impact.
This impact didn't come.

My eyes strayed above me in shock and horror. A small boy, around my age, had reached his hand out and crumpled the whole front of the truck, stopping it in its tracks.
I gasped, barely able to comprehend what I had just seen.
The child began to walk away.
'Wait! Please!'
They continued to walk.
'Thank you stranger, I will forever be in your service!!'

The strange child smiled as the girl ran back to her friends as if nothing had happened.

Flashback end
Back in YN's room

I jolted upright as a rush of adrenaline flowed through my body. My breathing was heavy as I spun meticulously around the room.
'Where's all my shit at when I need it?'
I was looking for my phone, it had disappeared off my desk, and I was desperately searching for it as I needed to calm down after my dream.
Did I leave it outside maybe?
I pulled on a pair of jeans, a crop top and a hoodie over it and waltzed confidently out of the house.
I was greeted with a shitty sight to say the least.
Kusuo Saiki, holding my unlocked phone. On my photo album.
Now, you probably don't realise the significance of what's going on.
