You scrunch your nose and squint as the sunlight comes pouring through the blinds. You feel around for Eren but realize he's gone.You sniff into the air and smell something good.

Throwing the blankets away from your legs, stretching as you get up. You hear the faint sound of music and Eren's voice. There's also a faint smell of.. what's that? Pancakes?
"I had no idea Eren could cook" You open the door and walk down the hallway, rounding the corner into the kitchen.

You see Eren's body rolling to Tyler The Creator. "Can I get a kiss and can you make it last foreverrrr!" He takes the wooden spoon he's stirring with to make a microphone. You watch as he pats his hands on his apron
There's pancake mix all over the island. A plate of bacon, eggs, and sausage sits there as well. Little cups of strawberries and pineapples are placed to the side. After Eren is done singing and is now humming he mixes the batter and pours some of it into the pan.
He sets the bowl down and turns around to see you. "Good morning y/n" He smiles big and throws his arms out. "Well, what do you think, good right?" You can't help but giggle.
"It's amazing thank you" Eren waves his hand.
"It was nothing my love" He walks over to you and plants a kiss on your forehead. He gestures for you to sit and you settle into the island, grabbing a strawberry as you do.
You notice a tiny cup of syrup and decide to dip it in. You cup your hand under the berry, making sure it didn't drip over the already messy counter. You bite into it and immediately get hit with a sweet and a little sour combo. You hop down from the barstool and head over to the fridge.
You run your fingers along your braids. You open a drawer and grab a caprisun. Poking the straw through the hole you take a sip. Content with your drink you head back to sit at the island. Eren's finishing up his stack of pancakes. He takes two of them off and turns around to the island. "What else do you want?"
"I can do it—"
"No, I'm the chef here now tell me what you want"
"Eggs and sausage"
He scoops out some eggs and puts 3 sausage links on the plate. He sets the plate down and heads over to the fridge then the cabinet. He whirls around with whip cream and powdered sugar. "You want some of these on top?"
"No that's ok". He shrugs and poured whip cream in his mouth. Eren walks around the island "Tilt your head back and stick your tongue out" You do as he says and he spurts whip cream in your mouth. Eren flashes a devilish grin and walks back to hand you your food.
He slides the plate across the counter and walks to sit next to you. You grab the cup of syrup and drizzle it over your pancakes. Taking your knife and fork you stab into the pancake. You take a bite. "Oh my goodness Eren this is so good" Eren smiles.
