It was the night before the party. You sat in the parking lot of the mall after shopping for things you think Jean might like. Everyone would head out for the cabin on Monday and leave Sunday. A whole week away would be nice. Aunt Val had left for her trip and you'd asked her neighbor Mr.Abbot to make sure Carmen was fed. She trusted him so you did too.

"Alright am I missing anything" You look around your car and see all the bags of stuff you bought. You bought sweatpants and hoodie.

You had ordered some moon boots for your trip . You got plenty of big coats and accessories to go with your outfit. Glasses, purses, rings, necklaces, even new perfume. You decided to get new lingerie too.

Your phone buzzes on your dashboard, almost falling off. You pick it up and see it's Eren calling. The two of you had been doing well. He took you on a few more dates. To the aquarium, on a picnic, you even went painting together. He surprised you with flowers, picked you up randomly for dates, gave you reassurance all the time. He treated you like a literal princess.

"Hey bae" You hold the phone to your ear.

"Hey love what're you doing?"

"Nothing I just left the mall. I was getting my person for secret santa their gifts" You connect the phone to your car and put it in reverse, backing out of the space you were in.

"Are you excited for the party tomorrow?"

"Yea I just don't like large crowds that much"

"It's cool you'll be with me you'll have nothing to worry about"

You smile "I'm excited for our cabin trip. Where are we even going?"

"I can't tell only me and Jean know"

You turn onto your street and head down it. "I've never noticed all these nice houses on our street" You say to Eren.

"Yea the house on the corner is so damn nice"

You pull into your driveway and grab your keys, bags, gift bags, phone and hop out the car. "Eren come over and help me with my stuff"

"Ight I'm on my way" The phone hangs up. You struggle to the door as Eren appears out of nowhere.

"Here let me take these" You smile and and hand him the bags. "Oouu my last package is here" You pick up the heavy box of what you think is clothes and unlock the door, stepping inside with Eren in tow.

"Just drop the stuff over there" You point into the dining room. Eren drops all the bags like you asked and approaches you. He pulls you in, planting a kiss on your cheek. You smile and giggle childishly. Eren grins and plants more kisses on your face. He leans you back a little bit, kissing all over your face.

"Eren ok" You laugh, pleading with him to stop.

Eren stands up and lets you go. "You look amazing" He licks his lips.

"Nope youre not getting any" You roll your eyes.

"Come onnn" Eren groans and pouts.

"We're going on a cabin trip together for a week and we're in the same room"

"Fine" Eren walks back to the door.

"I'll see you tomorrow" He disappears into the night.

Strips of sunlight bleed through your blinds as you rub your eyes. You instinctively roll over and grab your phone off your nightstand. "Damn it's 1 p.m. why did I sleep so late?" You roll outta your bed and into the bathroom.
