Eren came in no time, he might as well have teleported to you. As he pulled up you could see the panic in his eyes and Nyah in the passenger seat. They pulled in front of you and you got out of the car. By the time they got there the rain had eased up. It was a light drizzle now.

You stood there as Nyah ran to you. She practically jumped on you. "Oh my god my baby" She wailed. You roll your eyes

Eren jogged up "Y/n are you ok" You nod your head and let go of Nyah. "Are you hurt" He says, concern in his eyes.

"No Eren I'm ok" You didn't get out to check if your car was ok since it was pouring rain. You walk round around to the side of your car and see a small scratch above the tire.

"It's not bad at all" Nyah says, peeking over your shoulder. You let out a sigh of relief and place your hands on your hips. "Well I guess I called you guys over here for nothing" You tried to ignore the fact that Eren's concern warms your heart.

Eren hangs back a bit as you and Nyah talk. "I can get it fixed sometime this week" You mumble.

"I'm just glad you're ok" Nyah exclaims. She smiles next to you. You nod and she playfully pushes her shoulder into yours. "So what's up with you two" She nods her head back towards Eren who not so discreetly looks away.

Nyah chuckles, taking his stupidity into account. She briefly brings you in for a hug.

"Ok just follow us back to the mall" You nod and head back to your car, walking past Eren. You take in his familiar and comforting scent, smiling to yourself.

You can feel his eyes look back and bore into you. You get back into your car and start it up, apologizing to her silently.

"I'm sorry baby. We're gonna get you fixed" You mumble.Before you can pull off you see Eren jog up to your car. He taps the passenger window, you roll it down.

"What?" You scowl

"Nyah is refusing to let me in the car. Something about riding with you"

"Of course Nyah would do some shit like this" You mutter.

The soft click of the door lock prompted Eren to get inside. "Thanks" He silently says.

"Mmm"

You put your car in drive and follow behind Nyah. The silence between you and Eren was thick. It was smothering almost.

"So..uh.." Eren started

You rolled your eyes "Put on music if you can't stand the unbearable silence"

Eren bites his lip, nervously. He turns the dial and the radio clicks to life. A country song begins to play and Eren moves his hand from the dial. "Now Eren you know we not playing no damn country music in my car"

Eren throws his hand to chest as if he's offended. "Country music is my favorite" He giggles.

You laugh lightly "Boy change the damn song" You can see him roll his eyes out of the corner of your eye. You were still following behind Nyah, gently tapping your finger on the wheel.

Eren hooks his phone up to the aux. He scrolls for a while until he finally clicks a song and the song fills the air. Immediately you recognize the song and widen your eyes. It was the first song you and Eren had listened to.

You slow down at a red light and have a slight flashback to when he got out the car and started dancing. You can almost feel the joy you felt in that moment. The way your cheeks hurt from smiling, your heart thudding from excitement and the pit of your stomach twisting and turning from the nervousness you felt.
