Previously:

"I'm sorry guys I know I disappeared a lot happened, I promise I'll tell you everything," Eda looked like a deer caught in headlights, "whose the guy, Eda?" asked her friend again.

"Oh this is Serkan, he's my.. my.. my boyfriend."

"You're boyfriend?"

"Boyfriend?"

"Who?"

They all screamed at once at Eda and Serkan, and Serkan did his best not to look as shocked as he felt; because god knows he was. Eda turned towards him quickly and gave him the quickest pleading eyes; and he understood that she couldn't possibly explain the "mafia" situation for them, so he half nodded that he got it. 

Serkan summoned the acting powers in him; and morphed his face into a shy smile. "Hello, I'm sorry we had to meet like this; but please sit, I'll get you some plates while Eda updates you." 

Eda looked back at him, and barely stopped her eyebrows from shooting up; he got up and put an arm on Eda and whispered to her "you better handle it, hayatim," he said the last part loudly for her friends. "Well, you got used to it pretty quick, hayatim," Eda said through clenched teeth. 

He walked away with a low chuckle, and shaking his head in disbelief at the events that took place in his life ever since that woman came into it. 

Eda's three friends stood with crossed arms in front of Eda, and she gulped. "Hi?" She asked questioningly, and when she saw that they weren't relenting she sighed and gestured for them to sit on the table knowing that Serkan won't come for a while because he was expecting her to 'handle it' and she wanted to hit herself for her stupidness. 

"Okay, Ms Eda, we're waiting," said Fifi, and Ceren gestured for her to start talking. "Well, everything happened quickly, and you know with my schedule, I don't get to even see him that often, and I didn't want to introduce him before it got serious because it's really new," Eda was rambling and she knows it and her friends knew it as well. 

"Eda, stop rambling, we believe you, we're just worried, we haven't heard from you in a couple of days; and when we come into your house; you're sitting there having dinner with a man. Who is so hot by the way! So how did you two meet?" Melek said already conjuring rosy dreams of romance about her best friend and the handsome blonde man. 

"Believe you is a stretch, Melo, but we are curious about Mr Bond, what does he do? How did you meet?" Fifi asked, and Eda took a deep breath. 

"His name is Serkan, he works in private security, I met him in the hospital a month and a half ago, we don't get to see each other often because of my schedule and his. About yesterday, I had a really crazy shift and I lost my phone and I just got home, then Serkan came over and made dinner and well the rest is history." 

"It seems like you're very comfortable with him, given the PJs, Ms Eda," said Fifi in a sarcastic tone; Eda looked down at her pyjamas and felt a blush coloring her cheeks but her only response was a shrug. 

"Okay, but why haven't you told us about him?" Ceren finally spoke up, "because I have no idea where it's going, and it's very new; and for the PJs I work 14 hour shifts he barely sees me in anything else," Eda said with a pointed look.
