i woke up still in pain but not knowing from where it came. i didn't know where i was, it felt oddly familiar, i saw an old man beside me, it was master fu. "ah marinette, you are awake, cat noir brought you here, he said you got badly hurt, do you remember anything?" "n-no.." my heart stopped when he told me that cat noir had also been hit by the villian. this couldn't be, this is all my fault, if i hadnt been so distracted none of this would have happened. "where is he?" i asked in panic, "hes safe and in the other room" "when can i see him, is he badly hurt?" master fu looked me the eyes, im pretty sure he saw the fear in my eyes when i asked him that, "you are not able to see him at the moment, because it would reveal your secret identities, but i assure you marinette, he is fine and you two will be able to fight hawk moths villians again soon." "but- who will protect paris? and everyone will suspect we re ladybug and cat noir if we say we are badly injured. and what about our parents, they will be worried sick if we come home this hurt?" i felt myself get more and more hesitant when i got an answer from the master: "marinette, you do not have to worry about anything, you will be staying here for the time you need to heal, cat noir too, i have already sent 2 clones of you and cat noirs identity to replace you using the fox miraculous which grants the power of illusion, nobody will suspect a thing, as for the superheros, i need to know who you trusted with some miraculouses, and which ones, i will need to inform them. now marinette, who is it you trusted with what miraculouses?" "uh- luka couffaine and kagami tsurugi, were the best chosen (this is my opinion and ofc alya but her miraculous is already taken), their miraculouses were the dragon and the snake." master fu nodded and went into the other room, i knew cat noir was in there and i so desperately needed him, quietly i whispered: "cat, can you hear me?" no response... i didn't have the strength to get up so i waited.

it felt like years have passed but master fu finally came into the room i was and gave me tikki, finally i had someone to talk to: " tikki, its all my fault, none of this could have ever happened if i wasn't such a distracted ladybug, cat, you, plagg, all of paris would have been safe if i wasn't so fucking stupid" i started to break down, tikki didn't respond, just sat there and hugged me. the door to the other room was slightly open, enough to hear my cries, i heard cats voice from the other room "you know m'lady, its not you fault" i could feel he was trying to hide the pain in his voice, but so was i as i said "if its not my fault, whos is it? im the one who was distracted, i shouldn't have come along so soon" "you know m'lady, i should have looked deeper into those beautiful eyes of yours, i should have seen you were in pain" "how did you know i never told you-" loving he said "you were not acting like yourself, you didn't stop me when i called you bugaboo, like you always do i figured you did have a bit of your heart left for me, i was so caught up in the moment i didn't hear you call out for me, i wasn't there for you when you needed me the most, i saw your motionless body hit the ground and i froze, how could i have let that happen to you... that's when 'helpless doctor' (don't judge me i just thought of smth random) decided to throw his blade at me, thankfully i could still walk, i carried you all the way here where i also calapsed. i got here right on time, you detransformed as soon as master fu put you in that room... im so sorry..." his voice sounded helplessly, scared "now m'lady, please tell me you'll be alright.. please" my mind was racing, not a sound came out of my mouth. i got dizzy, i remembered something my dad had taught me: "ok marinette, if you ever get dizzy i want you to try and focus on your breathing and try and move you fingers, then you tows, if u are unable to do that get some help, magic is not going to come your way, you have to find your way to the magic"  i started to breath focused, when i moved my fingers i felt relived, but i couldnt get my tows to move, i had to get help...."bugaboo? are you alright? tell me something, please m'lady" i tried to say something, but my mouth wouldnt open, i tried to make noise, but i couldnt move
