Woman, I don't know what you mean Tommy whines while holding a box. Tommy, I asked you to help me unpack the box what is there not to get Daisy chuckles holding a box herself. I will bake you carrot cake she adds causing the boy to start unpacking as if his life depends on it making them both laugh. A ringtone breaks the laughter and Tommy went to answer it.

Daisy POV
Tommy comes back from his phone call and looks like a ghost making a worrying feeling bubble in my stomach. Tom are you okay? I question stepping a little closer. Yeah...yeah, I have to go the boy says almost stumbling out of the room. Tommy, please sit down your ghostly pale and I'm worried I say guiding him toward a chair before grabbing him water from the kitchen.

just when he starts to look a little better and finishes the water the phone rings making him jump out of his skin and jump up. Tom do you want me to go with you I can help I offer him. No dais I will be fine but is it okay if I help you bake tonight I would really like to learn how to bake he says giving me a smile but I can see it's fake.

Getting up he walks to the door but before he can leave I wrap him in a hug. W-what he stammers before hugging me back. The poor boy probably doesn't get a lot of affection and I make a mental note to give him more hugs once in a while. Of course, I will teach you but Tom if you ever need me I'm here okay I say before letting him go and he leaves. 

I finish my room and when I'm finally happy with it I decided to grab a bite but not here something is telling me that the cafeteria is a better option today.

 Making my way over there I silently look around the campus that is empty mostly since people are working or studying for the upcoming year .having a short chat with the cafeteria ladies we end up exchanging receipts and chat for a while they're sweet lady's and I already know I'm going to eat her a lot more.

After a long conversation, I thank them and take a seat. While eating my salad I take out the book dream gave me and start reading.

The book is amazing and I'm completely lost in it Dream has great taste, the storyline is very compelling. A chair scrapes over the floor making me look up, seeing a very beaten-up Sapnap. Sap what the Hades happened to you I say calmly getting up and walking over to his side.

Calm down Daisy I'm fine he grumps swatting my hands away but flinching instead. No Sapnap you're not your nose is broken and those cuts are really deep I whine softly inspecting the cut. knowing how to treat it I look in my bag seeing that my kit isn't there. sighing I take his hand and gently help the poor guy up and start walking slowly. Where are we going he grumbles limping a little making me take a mental note. I'm going to patch you up smiling reassuringly I see we reach the dorm and open it guiding him to the couch.

Gathering the bandages and some herb creams I quickly go back sitting down beside him. This is going to hurt I whisper and dap a little bit of alcohol on the wound. Ouch, sap flinches so taking his free hand I give it a small squeeze for reassurance. smearing a little of the cream on the wound and a bandage on the cuts I can see his face relaxing. All done but you need to change the bandage and apply this ointment it will help it heal faster and you will be feeling better in a few days smiling I hand him the oilment. 

Sapnap POV

Dream and George had to discuss something with Wilbur and his group leaving me at the house extremely bored. Deciding to go for a walk in town, I see someone jolt away with a bag in hand. Without thought, I bolt after them and manage to tackle him but sadly he fights back leaving me with a few nasty cuts and bruises.

returning the stolen goods I decide to go back to school not able to go to the medical center because I would be expelled for getting in another fight. Deciding to go to the cafeteria grabbing a bite I spot the cover of the favorite book of Dream, He had been re-reading it obsessively. Dragging the chair I sit down but instead of getting met with dreams mask two bright blue eyes find mine. 

Sapnap what the hades happened to you  Daisy says weirdly calm checking the cuts carefully. trying to brush it off doesn't work and before I know it I'm being dragged along a hallway. Demanding me to sit I just do it. Dream had ordered us to be kind to her and chat her up a little something about her having to be on his side.

I get pulled from my thoughts when she comes back with a medical kit and starts cleaning and bandaging my wounds. Al done her voice softly rings true my head while she explains to me how to treat the wounds. How do you know all this I ask giving her a smile. A smile of her own comes on her face but it's not her normal smile it's more of a secret smile.

Let's just say that it is a natural talent that I sadly had to improve because of my past she says almost whispering looking at me slightly. My heart feels heavy she has been so kind to me not even questioning what happened just helping. so that past thing must mean that something or someone hurt her. Who hurt you Daisy I ask sternly my gut telling me it's a person. Someone not important anymore someone I left behind she whispers again.

Daisy who I repeat again. My ex-boyfriend liked to take and give a beating and he always forced me to fix it up she answers her voice hollow. pulling her in a hug I just whisper softly  I will never let anybody hurt you ever again my sweet Daisy. I know dream told us to pretend but something makes me feel like that i shouldn't pretend and just be kind.
