Tevin dodges an ice spike from Todoroki and ran to get in close for an attack on the half n half quirk user. Only for Todoroki to create an Ice wall to keep Tevin away.
Momo Yaoyorozu looking at the fight and was beginning to worry over Midoriya's well-being. She could tell that if he would have gotten caught in the ice, he would've been frozen for a while and lose the match. But something surprising happened. Tevin was in a stance, his hat to his side, and all the latent energy was forming into his hat.
Tevin Midoriya Thinking: 'Did he really think that an Ice wall was going to stop me?' *uses his hat attack to shatter the ice wall as the ice glistening as it fell*
