The spirits of Liu Kang and Kung Lao are in the bodies of two individuals who were denied of becoming heroes due to not having a quirk... Izuku Midoriya and Tevin Midoriya. They are brothers but not by blood. When they were asleep, they were awoken...
Tevin Midoriya's POV Villains.....Real actual villains are in the USJ and I had a feeling something was not right when we arrived. Izuku and I were about to fight but Aizawa was going to stop the villains on his own.
Tevin Midoriya: "He cannot win.....Not against those two that are watching Aizawa take down the cannon fodders." *sensing a more darker chi in the wait * "Something is not right. I can sense it....."
Izuku nods as well as we watched how our teacher is taking down each cannon fodder with normal skills of martial arts and using his scarf to nullify their quirks.

Izuku Midoriya Thinking: 'Mr. Aizawa...' * a voice called Tevin and Midoriya's train of thoughts*
Tenya Iida: "What are you two doing, Midoriya?! We have to get back with Thirteen."
But as they were able to meet with the others, the blackish purple portal appeared once again and it was Kurogiri. It seems that he managed to slip pass Aizawa and confront the students and the space hero Thirteen to find All Might.
Kurogiri: "Excuse me, kids. My name is Kurogiri from the league of villains. I was wondering where is All Might?"
Katsuki Bakugō and Kirishima did not flinch from the portal wielding villain as the warp gate quirk asked them about All Might's whereabouts. then Katsuki Bakugo and Eijiro Kirishima suddenly attack him. He evades their explosive assault and then uses his Quirk to warp the class and scatter them across the various regions of the U.S.J. facility.

The League of Villains planned to separate the students by warping them to the different zones of the facility where villains wait to ambush them. The villains are mostly unaware of the student's abilities and Kurogiri warps them at random. Izuku Midoriya, Tsuyu Asui, and Minoru Mineta are sent to the shipwreck zone. Shoto and Tooru Hagakure are sent to the landslide zone. Denki Kaminari, Momo Yaoyorozu, Tevin Midoriya, and Kyoka Jiro are sent to the mountain zone. Fumikage Tokoyami and Koji Koda are sent to the windstorm zone. Mashirao Ojiro is sent to the fire zone. Katsuki and Eijiro are sent to the ruins zone. Thirteen and the remaining members of Class 1-A are left to deal with Kurogiri.
