Techno and Phil walked through the snow with a ghost not far behind them. They were thankful that it wasn't snowing at the moment. They still had to move at, just in case. They couldn't afford to lose the footprints that the youngest had made. Techno squinted at the buildings far in the distance. "Is that village?" He finally asked after studying the houses.
"Looks like it," Phil responded, catching up to the piglin.
"I didn't even know a village was out here." Techno paused, rethinking why they found this in the first place. "Why did Tommy come here?" He said, looking at the figure in the distance.
"Oh! Look, it's Tommy!" Ghostbur cheered as he began to make his way over to Tommy. Phil grabbed his arm, preventing the ghost to move forward. "Huh?"
"Get down!" He semi-yelled as he grabbed both boys and ducked under a rock. Tommy turned around and inspected the area.
A faint "Huh, thought I heard someone." was heard by the group, and then the boy went back to stretching. They stayed peering over the rock for about two more minutes before Tommy began to walk into the village.
"He's probable just gonna burn it down, come on, let's go," Techno said, starting to stand.
"I just have a bad feeling, let's stay and make sure." Techno sighed, not willing to argue with his dad.
"Fine, but I'm telling you, it's nothing to worry about. The kid just has some bloodlust." Oh, if Techno only knew the irony of that sentence. Techno sat back down, ready to be bored out of his mind while watching a child commit arson.
____________
Tommy walked into the village. He had been here one or two times, so all of the villagers quickly ran inside. "Oh come on guys, don't be like that! Who's my lucky meal today?" Suddenly his ears picked up onto a door opening ad a whimper. His head snapped over to look at it. It was a child. Now he may be hungry, but he wasn't going to eat a child. He walked over and the kid seemed to shrink under his stare.
Suddenly he slammed his body into the front door. It broke on impact and the parent huddled into the corner. "What kind of parents are you? Giving up your child instead of coming out yourself. Looks like I've found my meal." He turned his head towards the little girl. "Go find your neighbors and hide in their house." He gave her a warm smile and she hurried away. "Now for you." He turned back to the adults and stalked forward.
Afterward, he made sure to skip over to the neighbor's house. He wasn't starving anymore, yet he wasn't satisfied. He walked to the other side of the village. "Alright, who wants to be my meal? No children this time." He said, pacing around the well. Another door creaked but he also heard... footsteps? They weren't from where he heard the door. They were in the snow. Shit. That's Techno's heartbeat. And Phils. Shit shit SHIT. That means Ghostbur is probably with them. He's still bloody. And that villager smells so nice...
He forgot what he had just heard and lunged at the villager, his bloodlust taking the better of him. The sound of blood seemed to drown out the footsteps behind him. He didn't notice the footsteps stop until he heard an all too familiar, "Tommy..?"

We heard a jump and I shot up. It took me a minute, but I soon realized, that wasn't Tommy's scream. Sure, it was girly, but Tommy's scream has more rasp to it. This sounded like an actual woman. I sigh, "Come on, let's get a better look.
So that's it. That's the end. All of my books are open for adoption, including and unfinished one-shots (like this one) Tag me if you make one, but I'm done writing. Sorry I left without a word for almost a year, but hey, I'm kinda back now! I wrote this before I left, so it isn't too great. Life is kinda shit rn, but have a good day, my dudes
