Hey! Pyro here. Now that To the Edge is over, I decided to post some references here to clear up any confusion anyone may have had with descriptions and what not :)
First up, Rayne:

I know I didn't really describe her weapon all that much, but that's what it looks like. I planned for her jaw to be longer and more slim (cause she's athletic) but I mean, I think I like it like this too :3
I also really like the color of her eyes and hair. I actually created her character on a rainy day, which as you can see not only influenced her name, but also her appearance lol
Anyways, she wears jeans most of the time, but when working out she'll wear leggings. I didn't draw it cause I didn't feel like drawing legs today lol.
Usually I'll have a background of some sort for my refs, or I'll have little color bubbles and more designs for the characters, but for time sake I just went with this.

I also know that I didn't exactly describe how the original sword looked, but it was worn on the butt of the handle and it was a little rusty on the piece between the blade and the handle. It had been in readers' family for a long time lol
Can you guys tell I'm not good at drawing guns?
Yeah I decided to have readers' skin be gray in this. I know I have her as white or whatever on the covers, but really if you're not white and you read this, it doesn't matter to me lol
I didn't really know how to do the blade ridges for a little bit, but then I got it down lol
So yeah! That's about it. To the Edge is officially over, and we will move on to Vulnerable on Sunday.
