Kim Minju - Beauty Pageant (Part 2)

"Minju , you re the only one who re sleeping half day at school. Not me . Im so tired now"
Y/n whined to her after almost an hour of searching for the high heels .

"I just want to have some fun with you " Minju answered but her voice is so low , y/n didnt really catch it .

"What?" y/n asked with a frown.

"Where is all your spirit just now ? I thought you want to help me ?"

"Aaaaaa okay okay , princess. Keep looking"

After maybe the 4th stores they visited , Minju finally look convince with a pair of heels. She took it and asked the employee whether they have her size. The employee brought her a pair of new one to let Minju try it on. Minju put on the heels and try walking on aisle . Y/n just look at her while sitting at the nearby stool . As Minju walked , step by step , it is obvious that she is inexperienced.

"Still a zombie i see "

"Shut up ! If i slip-"

Cant focus , Minju's left foot loses its balance. Her hand try to try to grab the display rack. Because she already walked a few metres away from the employee , she cannot help Minju. Minju yelled before hitting the ground but luckily Y/n is just in front of her. Y/n responded in seconds , grabbing her waist. His other hand catch Minju's hand before she could hold onto the rack . The rack could have fall on top of her if y/n is even a second late. Because her right feet is still stable , Minju are able to gain her balance again and stood up normally.

"Ya ! be careful . You could have got hurt just now "
y/n said , slightly mad at her.

"Sorry .... Ill- ill buy this one and lets go home "

" Okay , ill wait outside"

Minju walked outside the store after she is done with the payment. She saw y/n standing by the wall , scrolling through his phone. Minju tap his shoulder softly.

"Oh you re done? Where to go next?"

Minju are suprised to see that y/n is not mad at her. Her face is obviously shocked.

"No im not mad . Im just , worried just now . Nevermind. Lets grab something to eat . Isn't it last week we have a meal together? Damn.."

Y/n try to break off from the awkwardness and walked. Minju ran to him and cling to his arm. Y/n is flustered but he try to not lose his cool . So he just tap at her hand and play along. They went to the Korean restaurant for their lunch.

"Aa- you cant eat alot , didn't you?"

" Mmm.. kinda . Nevermind , just today"

"Really ? arent your face gonna get puffy or anything?"

"Why , cute girl cannot enter beauty pageant?"

"Okay , cute girl. You win"

Minju chuckled to his surrender.

" I will help you. Okay. Just tell me what you need. Seeing you suffering like this really prove you are ambitious about that beauty pageant . "

Minju blushed at y/n sudden promised. She coughed while covering her mouth. She can feel the rice is almost exhaled through her nose so she took the tissue and wiped her nose.

"Ya , ya . This is not how Miss Seoul should act "

Y/n joke made her laugh even harder .

"Okay okay stop. Let me get it together first" Minju stopped him.

After the meal , they walked back home because its almost dark. Luckily the mall is only few minutes walk from their home. Unlike usual , y/n asked Minju if he could walk her straight to her home.
