And I knew this would be like this everytime, everytime we'll be together it'd be sorcery.

But those moments end soon,in this case it was another knock on the same door we were leaning on.

"Mia?" A voice spoke from the other side and Hannah looked at me with squinted eyes.

Out of all days in a year,out of all years in the timeline,out of all planets in the solar system

This was time my mother chose to come home.

The time where I was leaning against the same door with my girlfriend a.k.a principal playing tonsil hockey.

When our makeout hazed tubelight brains catched on to what was happening we scrambled to hide somewhere.

It was after we both hid behind the curtains we realised something really important.

Only one of us had to hide.

We would have laughed like cockroaches if this happened anytime else,no I don't know how cockroaches laugh but this time Hannah just pushed me out of the curtains we were hiding in.

I hastily went downstairs to open the door while checking my appearance in hall mirror, you cannot take chances when it's your mother and to add cherry on cake a lawyer too.

"It took you like 2 business days and 7 hours to open that door"
Was something I was greeted with when I was finally able to open it.

"Sorry, was upstairs mom"
I replied nervously kissing her cheek as a welcome.

"Oh!doing homework?"

She asked as she moved towards the kitchen probably going to make a lemon tea, something she takes like a drug addict these days.

"No,doing Principal"

Sometimes I feel like taking my brain out and soaking it in a nice fuzzy Ibuprofen solution.
Maybe then it'll start working.

Before she could turn around and fix me with an outrageous expression on her face I replied

"I meant doing Principal's homework mom,she gave me homework because I had a detention with her"

And the remark she was going to make died on those thin lips replaced by a squinted pair of eyes.

It was when she was squeezing lemons the doorbell rang again.

Everyone decided to come over when my Principal slash girlfriend was hiding upstairs.

I went to open the door wondering who it could be now but my mouth the dropped like those cartoon characters when I saw who it was.

"Claudia"

A meek "Hi" with an awkward hand gesture to go with the said hi was the only reply I got.

Since what are you doing here when I said no to the date would have been too rude to say to someone who arrived neatly dressed in a grey mearl pant with a white basic t-shirt I invited her inside.

"Are you ready for the d-date?" She said with the same hint of nervousness and innocence as we were walking through the corridor for the kitchen.

And since no I was actually busy making out with your principal against the door you just came in from would have been too much brutal honesty I physically refrained myself from saying it.

"I actually texted you I won't be able to make it" was something I replied instead.

The reply I got was a genuine balanced shocked and confused face and then without even uttering a word she hastily took out her cell phone from the back pocket,and her blushing cheeks suggested that she now realised that she got herself into an embarassing situation.

To diffuse the awkwardness I suggested that we should hang out sometime and be friends which was probably enough to give the hint that I wasn't romantically interested in her.

The situation at hand could have been solved but God was in a funny mood that day because fleeting voice of my mom from the kitchen reached our ears.

"Invite your friend for a lemon tea Mia"

Facepalm would have been a smaller thing, I needed to facepunch myself with a baseball bat.

All I want for christmas is that Claudia would say no to the invitation.

I motioned her to show the way to the living room and surely there two hot cups with steam pouring out waiting on the table, my mom stood beside it smiling teeths like she was proud of the drink she made.

A shy "Hello" came from the girl to which my mom nodded, already preparing for her '100 questions to ask your daughter's friend ' mode.

"How's study going sweetie and I hope you're doing good?"

"It's going good thanks, I'm sorry for disturbance,I had some misunderstanding regarding the date we-"

"Oh you guys were going on a date?Omg I'm so sorry for taking you away, Mia darling go get dressed"

"Mom I-"

"Oh sweetie stop wasting time and go get dressed upstairs"

Since fuck me and fuck my life would be shorter terms in this situation I would like to say fuck my whole generation.

As Claudia looked awkwardly between me and my mother I grabbed on to the chance to see how Hannah was doing by nodding my head.

I opened the door to my room and checked behind the curtains where I had left her.

"So you're going to the date huh?"

I heard from behind me and she stood there,her eyes mysterious as ever

After my raised eyebrow at how she knew that she replied

"I heard"

"I really don't want to go,I had already said no,I just said yes to getting ready because I wanted to see you"

She gave a smirk like it didn't really bother her, like she was already planning on to something.

"It's a good decision you came to see me first"
She said as she stood there leaning onthe table.

"I wish there was something I could do to stop this date"

I uttered placing hands on my head and she still stood there that smile so chilling.

"There is something we can do"

That half smirk now turning full and those a shade darker.

Somehow even this slight change in her made my body shiver with fear and mm other things .

"What?"

She removed herself from the table she was leaning and stood straight.

It's something so non-sexual but God knows it does things to my private parts.

"Take off your clothes, darling"
