𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥! (Ron weasley x reader)

𝐏𝐒}Through the trap door (p2)

"i don't like this, I don't like this at all" hermione said shakily

The four of them had walked into another mysterious room. They had found themselves standing on the edge of a huge chessboard. It looks an awful lot like ron's one, Y/n thought to herself.

"Where are we? A graveyard?" harry asked oblivious to the huge chessmen situated in front of them

"Does this look like a graveyard potter?" Y/n asked pointing to the chessmen

"Yeah, this is no graveyard," ron walked forward stepping onto the chessboard looking around in awe "It's a chessboard"

Then the chamber was lit and it was pretty clear what the room was all about. The chessboard was lit with a few toarches on its edges and a bunch of destroyed chessmen filled every corner of the room.

"Theres the door!" harry pointed at the other end of the room as all four of them were now standing on the chessboard

As they walked towards the other side of the chessboard, towards the exit, all the pawns took out their swords, scaring the quartet as they stumbled backwards

"The problem is how we get to the door" Y/n said as the other three looked at her nervously

"Well it's obvious isn't it?" Ron perked up "We've got to play our way across the room- Alright harry you take the empty bishop's square, hermione you'll be the queen side castle, Y/n you'll take the empty pawn's square on the front. As for me, I'll be a knight"

Following ron's orders everyone took their place on the board. Hermione on the far end corner of the chessboard, harry stood on the empty spot next to ron who was the knight and Y/n was standing in the front row on the empty pawns square.

"What happens now?" hermione asked nervously, her voice echoing around the chamber

"Well white moves first, and then, we play" ron answered dramatically

The white pawn moved forwards signaling the start of the game.

"Ron you dont suppose this is going to be like real wizard's chess, do you?" the bushy haired girl asked

Ron stayed silent for a moment until he spoke "Y/n move to d5!"

"Oh alright" Y/n nodded anxiously and moved a few squares

Now the nervous girl was close to the white pawn. She looked terrified as the pawn took out its sword and aimed at her as she screamed loudly and fell on the floor covering her head. After a few seconds of silence, and all her friends watching scared and nervous she..got up.

Y/n coughed loudly and dryly as she patted her clothes, the dust floating in the air. She had a deep cut across her eyebrow that was bleeding down her temple, her pants were ripped from the hit and a huge scar was noticable on her knee.

"Y/n are you alright?!" ron yelled "Im so so so sorry I didnt know, i thought you would be safe if you moved to that square and-"

"Im-" she coughed "Im alright weasley, just a few scratches is all" she smiled genuinely

Ron was still shocked his mouth agape, how could she forgive him that easily? How was she not the least a bit angry at him? he almost killed her!
