Y/n, harry and, of course, hagrid walked in the streets of London.

Harry read from his list.

"All students must be equipped with one standard size 2 pewter cauldron and may bring if they desire either an owl, a cat, or a toad" he read

"Can we find all of this in London?" he asked looking at Y/n and hagrid, who walked on each of harrys sides.

"If you know where to go you'll find everything you need and more" smiled Y/n

The three walked into a diner looking place.

"Ah hagrid the usual i assume?" the man in the bar asked

"No, thanks, Tom. I'm on official hogwarts business" hagrid told the man whose name was, apparently, Tom.

"Just helping Harry and Y/n buy their school supplies" he continued

"Bless my soul..Its harry potter!" tom exclaimed

Everything in the room went quiet and an uncomfortable silence settled between them.

"Welcome back, Mr.Potter, welcome back!" a man, from beside harry, shook his hand

An awkward smile made its way on to harrys face

"Doris Crockford- I cant believe I'm meeting you at last! Oh and who are you?" the woman shook harrys hand as well and looked at the girl behind him

"I am Y/n, Y/n-"

Before the girl could finish her sentence the woman spoke

"Y/l/n? Oh i can see it in your smile, its like your mothers!" she smiled "Pleased to meet both of you kids"

"Thank you miss" Y/n smiled again

She wondered if her smile really looked like her mothers and if so, how did that woman even know her parents.
Yes, the Y/l/n were quite famous in the wizarding world, but, this famous?
She couldn't believe it.

Then the three of them walked up to another man, that seemed to be too excited about meeting them.

"Harry Po-po-potter. Can't tell you how pleased i am to meet you, you too Y-Y-Y-/n!" the man said

"Hello professor! I didnt see you there! Harry, Y/n professor quirrell will be your Defense against the Dark arts teacher" said hagrid

"Oh nice to meet you" said harry

"Fearfully fascinating subject" he looked down at harrys hand disgust written all over his face "Not that you two need it!"

a tight smile was forced on to their faces. He seemed a bit off in Y/ns eyes, maybe she was overreacting?

"Yes, well, must be going now. Lots to buy!" hagrid exclaimed

"Goodbye" the kids said in unison as they walked out of the store
