The Challenger's Adventures

1 week has passed since the Great War, and the Kingdoms have finally settled down and were able to hold onto the fact that they won the war. They did it! The Kingdoms had been rode to victory under one man, or should I say, Ardoni. Achillean Nestoris had been finally able to rest for his troubles, and his burden had been finally settled. A party of different kingdoms were held at each kingdoms capital. The Challengers all met before the celebration began at the Heart of Ardonia, simply talking and waiting for Ardoni to arrive.

"You know Achillean..." Thalleous said, Achillean and the others turned their heads towards him.

"For what it's worth, I am truly sorry about your brother. I know the man that was killed today wasn't him, but the one who has slain him." Thalleous said which made Achillean feel he was on cloud-9. Thalleous had finally lightened up to the Voltaris... nevermind.

"However, the Voltaris are still a threat. I know we didn't make them go extinct so I will begin a hunting squad soon enough." Thalleous said, Achillean was still glad that his brother was seen as a good guy in Thalleous' eyes.

"For a moment I thought you were gonna say that the Voltaris aren't bad." Zulius said, he began drinking from his party cup.

"Oh no, they're still scum, nothing but rats that live underground or in mountains." Thalleous said, Varek pointed his elbow at Zulius.

"That better be water, the party hasn't even begun, you shouldn't be drinking yet." Varek said which provoked Zulius to laugh.

"No, no. We haven't even brought out the real refreshments yet, this is water. But... I had one of my brothers who works at the Kaltaria brewery brew up something special for tonight." Zulius winked as he walked over to a table with around 6 coolers on top of it, he opened the one that had his markings on it, in there was a bottle labeled "Rendor's Revenge". Varek stared at it blatantly for 5 seconds, then his gaze turned to Zulius, his eyes squinted with disappointment. When Achillean and Thalleous looked at them they turned around, trying not to laugh.

"Fun name, what's the catch." Varek said, poking Zulius' chest, where the burn wasn't.

"Well... I heard you Enderians are big drinkers at parties, and this bad boy... will get your vision running in circles after 3 shots." Zulius said, Thalleous turned back to them. Zulius took the giant glass bottle of the dark purple liquid out of the cooler, presenting it.

"We're trying to party, not die or fall asleep for the whole event." He said, Varek paused for a moment.

"No, you full blood Ardoni would probably die from organ failure, but this... Enderians would love this... this is made from the End's Chorus Fruit, yes?" Varek said as he took the bottle from his hand. Zulius nodded, Varek wondered how he got it but it was no matter.

"Not so sure about the name, however, I'm sure I will love this when the party begins, I believe some people are arriving." Varek said, pointing to the entrance where Ardoni are beginning to flood in.

A few minutes after hundreds if not thousands of Ardoni gathered around the Heart of Ardonia, Master Aegus began talking over a microphone.

"Ardonia! I am your Master Aegus, before we begin party activities and start handing out drinks, I would like to pronounce something, very, very important." Master Aegus said, Achillean looked up, Varek followed his gaze.

"May the four Ardoni known as the Challenger's please come to the Singularity of Ardonia." Aegus said, they all walked over to the glowing blue beam.

"Warriors Salute, if you don't mind." He said, this confused them all, but they did it nonetheless. When they turned back to the Master, they saw him holding all four Prime Songs. All nearby Ardoni gasped, and the word spread to those who couldn't see it.

"My four Challengers... my son... you have all shown fearlessness, courage, and bravery in the Great War's final battle. I will present you each with a Prime Song." Master Aegus said as he stepped forward towards all four of them.

"Thalleous Sendaris." Master Aegus said as he walked in front of Thalleous, who looked like he lacked emotion. I couldn't blame him, he has wielded all four Prime Songs before, he's only getting one now.

"For protecting that child you brought to me that day, and protecting those you care for... I pronounce you with, the Protisium Prime Song." Master Aegus said as he handed the song to Thalleous, who stared at it in awe. The Ardoni applauded him.

"Zulius Kaltaris." Master Aegus walked down the line, who Varek was at the end of.

"You are the bond between your companions, and you show precision and skill with your supporokinesis song. I reward your duties, with the Supporium Prime Song." Everyone cheered, Zulius jumped for joy, it was his dream to have that specific Prime Song.

"The Tidesinger! Achillean Nestoris, everyone!" Aegus cheered his son's name. Everyone cheered and chanted his name.

"You, my son, show fearlessness and agility in battle, your movement is so precise and what you can do with this very powerful song, can be mind blowing. I give you, my son, the Mobilium Prime Song." Achillean was ecstatic, he could now become more powerful than he had ever imagined. His movement was his strongest suit, and having this Prime Song will make him more capable than ever.

"Varek Mendoris. The Ender Prince, everyone." Aegus announced his name, but Varek didn't like the name Ender Prince... maybe One of the Ender Prince's would be better.

"You're fierce, and show great strength in battle, I pronounce you the most powerful song in existence, the Aggresium Prime Song!" Aegus yelled as he handed the song to Varek. Varek took his sword out and watched the light from the red song reflect off of the metal sword. The Challengers all took out their weapons, raising them high as they held out the Prime Songs. A picture was taken, the picture Achillean kept in his house for a century and a half.

"And with that, let the party begin!" Master Aegus yelled as the Challengers strayed from the party with the Prime Songs, they all immediately headed to the nearest altar.

"This is... wow! I never expected such rewards!" Zulius said, Thalleous chuckled and started tapping his feet with every step, excitedly. Varek just stared at the glowing red Aggresium song. Achillean pat him on the back.

"See, good things do happen to heroes." Achillean said, time stopped. Varek felt the word "Heroes" rebound off of the inside of his skull. He felt his vision enter the Aggresium song. A flash of white, then a blurry image of Mt. Velgrin. A machine, a glowing white object floating in the hand of a red and black figure. Some Voltaris Ardoni standing next to a faded Ardoni, songs next to the body. The flash ended, Varek fell to his knees and gasped for air, all of the Challengers stopped in their tracks.

"You good man?" Zulius asked while Thalleous kneeled down and helped Varek to his feet.

"I- I don't know. I saw a flash, something that I haven't seen, I truly don't know." Varek said, he felt discombobulated, numb. He looked at the song again, it's glow shining bright and it sounded like a heart beat that lived in Varek's head. They continued down to the altar.

"Let me know if that happens again, if I am correct... it was a flash of either another life, someone else, or the future." Achillean said, Varek thought he was crazy, but at the same time he didn't know either, they finally reached the altar.

"Who wants to go first?" Achillean asked, but before he could say that Zulius went right into the center, eager to receive the power of the Supporium Prime Song. He placed the song in the corresponding pillar. The green energy entered Zulius body, his markings shun, and he stumbled backwards. He felt the Supporium energy entering his body. Thalleous went next, then Varek, then Achillean. The Challengers had become who they were meant to be, they returned to the party, and had the night of their lives. Showing off their new powers, Varek tried the brew Zulius gave him, and became the life of the party with no remembrance of that night, he was out of it. The Challengers became the strongest beings in all of Ardonia, it was time they lived up to that.
