The Netherian Royal family walked down the throne room, Pythus held the helmet of Hadion Mendoris. They went behind the throne, and faced thousands of Netherians.

"Netherians! My son, Pythus, has done a great deed during the Great War! He had successfully killed Uron, before the rise of the Deathsinger, and he had killed one son of the King Rendor! Damaging the other greatly." King Chronos said, Pythus raised the helmet in the air.

"Feed upon the helmet of Hadion Mendoris!" Pythus yelled, throwing the helmet down towards the crowd. The Netherians started to claw at it like savage beasts. The helmet broke upon their netherite armored hands and tore it apart.

"Kneel to my heir, Prince Pythus!" King Chronos yelled, the Netherians kneeled towards Pythus, who clanged his axe to the ground.

Vulcannus sat alone, he didn't know what was right for the Netherian family. If any Netherian was on the right side of history, it would be him. But his brother had other plans in case of his betrayal. The Nether had worked on technologies for millennium, and what they've accomplished in that field was extraordinary.

Vulcannus sat on the throne, contemplating. Pythus and King Chronos were out and Skorch was accompanying Vulcannus.

"You seem troubled, my lord. What seems to be the matter?" Skorch asked, turning his body towards the throne where Vulcannus resided.

"Nothing I can tell you." Vulcannus was double sided, he didn't know what side of the realms he wanted to be on.

"Surely you jest, you've been sitting in the throne and staring at nothing for hours on end. You can tell me anything, my lord." Skorch said, a sound came from the portal, and both of them perked their bodies to what it was.

Restrained by both King Chronos and Pythus was a man, he has a handbag and was struggling to be released by King Chronos and Pythus.

"So you finally defeated him." Skorch said, the man wore a purple and black robe, his eyes both purple and blue and shined bright. He stared at the Netherians that stood before him. Skorch revoked his hood and lifted his head.

"We knew where he was, but he was no easy foe to defeat. He nearly killed Pythus here." King Chronos said, Vulcannus got up from the throne.

"The rogue Ender Mage, Noah Finch." Vulcannus said, more blatantly than angrily.

"Would you like to do the honors, brother?" Pythus handed Vulcannus his sword, and he treaded down the steps to the throne, facing Noah.

"No."

"What do you mean no? Kill him!" King Chronos yelled, Vulcannus put his sword away.

"He is powerful, restrain him, and lock him up. We could use him for our own use." Vulcannus stared into the eyes of Noah. His glimmering eyes mesmerized Vulcannus.

I see something in you.

Noah smirked, then was dragged across the Nether Brick floor.

My Ender Magic is being restrained, and I can't hold it back much longer. On the ground, I dropped an Ender Eye, go to the End and tell them my name. I know you mean well Vulcannus, pick the right side.

Noah was speaking into Vulcannus' mind, his voice cut. Vulcannus looked at the ground and saw an Ender Eye, he picked it up and slid it into his armor pocket. He knew what to do.

King Chronos entered the room, Pythus followed.

"It's time our next move begins, we begin the End-Nether War. We will rally our fiercest soldiers, and march towards the strongholds." King Chronos said, Vulcannus looked down.

"Send the first attack group now, if they make a mark, they're easy adversaries. If they don't, send two more." King Chronos said, Vulcannus nodded and rallied about 20 Netherians.

"Vulcannus, go ahead and lead them to the stronghold near Ataraxia." King Chronos said, Vulcannus nodded, but he had other plans. Vulcannus walked through the portal, and readied the squadron.

After a few minutes of contemplating and marching towards the stronghold, Vulcannus was ready to enact his plan. He turned, fired a red beam at the Netherian's, killing about 15 of them while the other 5 ducked. Vulcannus punched one into a tree and watched as his body went unconscious, he shot a red shard of lava at the unconscious soldier, killing him. After a few minutes of fighting he killed the remaining Netherians, and ran towards the stronghold.

When he entered the stronghold he took out the eye, he blinked, and the eye broke in half. Standing in between the two halves of the Ender Eye, was Pythus' axe.

"I should've known." He said, disappointed, walking around the portal.

"What father is doing is wrong, innocent people die."

"To make things the way they should." Pythus said, continuing Vulcannus' sentence.

"Come back home, and no one will know of your betrayal." Pythus tried to reason, which he would only do for his brother.

"I'm sorry brother, but I will no longer stand for your violent ways." Vulcannus took out his sword again, Pythus readied his axe, and they fought. It wasn't long until Pythus disarmed Vulcannus and kicked him down. Punching him in the face, knocking him out. Vulcannus woke up in a tube, he looked to his left and saw Noah, who was unconscious and wearing a skull mask. Vulcannus looked ahead and stared into his brothers eyes.

"Activate the machine, Skorch." Pythus said, Vulcannus felt a shock go through his body, flashes of his past left his mind, and the shocking stopped. He left the tube and fell to his knees in front of Pythus.

"How do you feel?" Pythus asked, kneeling down to Vulcannus.

"Ready to comply."
