Chapter 11

Lyla's POV
​I woke up to​​ the intercom blaring "Will the family of Jacob Pitts please go to room 418 you doctor is waiting to speak with you." I jumped up scaring Johnnie awake and running to each person waking them up they groaned and tried to ignore me but I said a few words that got there attention "They have news about Jake and Kristoff." Everyone shot up and looked at me with hope in ther eyes "Well why are we still standing here? Where do we needed to go?" Andy asked "Room 418." I said and we walked out of the waiting room to the front desk. I tapped the guy on the shoulder and asked him a question "Can you tell us how to get to room 418?" He looked at me and smiled "How 'bout I show you. " I nodded and we followed him to the elevators we got in and he pushed the fourth floor button. I was standing Inbetween Johnnie and front desk guy I looked at him and read his name tag his name was Mitch I felt tears form in my eyes as I thought of my beloved Mitch Lucker it's been about 11 months since Mitch passed away. Andy must have seen me because all of a sudden his arms were wrapped around me "Why did it have to happen today I can't lose Jake so close to losing Mitch I just can't." I was sobbing Andys shirt was getting soaked with my tears then the elevator stopped and I pulled away for Andy drying me face trying to look strong. We walked in silence until we came to the end of the hallway it was the last door on the right "Here we are Dr.Winchester is waiting so please do hurry." Mitch walked back to the elevator and got in. I put my hand on the door knob and opened it and what I saw stunned me.
​Kristoffs POV
​Blackness was all around me no light, no sound, no movement. I was scared but I felt no pain at lest I know I would die painlessly I hope and I know it won't hurt ​​​​​​Jake because he's only know me for a few hours and all we did was fuck. Then out of no were a door opened followed by pain so much pain then the light so bright but I opened my eyes anyway. I looked around and my eyes fell on Jake sleeping silently but he had a breathing machine and a bunch of tubes come from everywhere going into him a few tears slid down my face. The door opened and I pertended to be asleep. I hear someone gasp and walk into the room followed by 6 more people I was guessing it was Jinxx the guys Lyla Johnnie and Bryan but I was sure. A deep voice spoke "Ah Lyla, Jinxx, CC, Andy, Ashley, Johnnie, and Cat glad you finally woke up" who the hell is Cat? The deep voice continued "As you can see Mr. Pitts and Mr. Monroe are out of surgery but Mr. Pitts had some lung damage, head trauma, a broken leg but that's about it. As for Mr. Monroe he has internal bleeding, head trauma, a calsaped lung, a broken arm and leg, three broken rids, a broken nose, a black eye, and a busted lip. They should both wake up but Kristoff may have brain damage but we are unsure." I decided to 'wake up' I rolled over and looked at them it took about 5 minutes for them to notice me Lyla smiled at me "Hi how you feeling" I felt like shit everything hurt but I said "I could be better but I'll live." There was a stir next to me then the heart monitor went crazy I looked at Jake quickly he was fully aware and freaking out "Jakey baby you need to calm down please before you hurt yourself for me." Tears were streaming down my face as I spoke. I reached over to Jake's bed and grabbed his hand rubbing his knockles with my thumb calming him down the doctor was working on removing him breathing machine which made me think why I didn't have one so I asked "Excuse me doctor might I ask why I wasn't on a breathing machine?" He turned around and looked at me "Of course my name is Dr. Samuel Winchester and the reason we took your breathing tube out is because you started having fits in your sleep and having panic attacks you almost ripped it out so we removed it." I heard a sob from behind Ash so I looked at him he stepped a side to show a girl with blueish-green hair covering her face sobbing into her hands the teacher in me came out "Sweetheart are you ok tell me what's wrong." She looked up at me those blue eyes piercing my soul "Cat what are you doing here?" She dried her face looking at me "I'm here for Lyla how are you? What have you been doing?" She sounded so fragile and small "Come here" I opened my arms and she came to hug me I wrapped my arms around her holding her close then I heard a voice like gossip say the most beautiful words in the world "Who's the chick hugging my boyfriend?"

A/N: sorry if you cried reading the part about Mitch but in evert story I write there is always a shoutout to him because I fucking loved Mitch and I fucking miss him.
