When we arrived at the auditorium there were teachers by the door that told us to take our seats. The four of us stayed in front. It is sort of needed for me to sit in front and everything considering my situation. They just followed me. When we finally sat down we figured that we could have a small chat thinking that it would take a few more minutes to get the entire student body to get inside the auditorium.

We talked about a few things here and there. I guess Sarah finally decided to ask the question that has been bothering her for quite sometime now.

" Hey Crystal. Uhm just wondering but why didn't you show your talent a while ago and why did Mrs. Bernardino let you?. No offense but don't you have a talent or something? "

Kylie and Ella looked at me with worried look and I just nodded signaling that it was ok to tell her.

" It's because I have horrable stage fright." I said answering her question.

"Oh... Ok" She replyed while nodding her head meaning that she understood.

"About what I said earlier I'm sorry I don't think that you don't have talent it's just that... I don't know you that well and... I'm sorry" She continued rambling off.

"It's all right. I understand." I said giggling.

"What are you giggling about?"

"Nothing... It's just that when Stella was rambling she looked adorable" I said with a grin on my face.

"To all KNFU students please settle down." Mr. Francisco said through the microphone.

He is the head of the students activities. He advises every single activity in school, inside or outside. He is also the PE teacher. Everyone loves him because he isn't really strict and you can talk to him as a friend. However, just because he is kind doesn't mean he isn't scary, once you get him mad- lets just say it might scar you for life. He's my favorite teacher obviously cause he teaches my favorite subject and I really admire how he can be kind but also be able to teach discipline in the school.

"Please bring you attention to our beloved principal, Mr. Lucas"

Ah... Mr. Lucas, my beloved cousin, my cousin that usually tells me everything that is gonna happen before hand but then now, he didn't. Now that is kind of insulting when-you know what? Never mind I would probably take too long complaining about what my idiot of a cousin did. I call him because everyone calls him Mr. Lucas and its to formal, his full name is Tyler Lucas S. Monenegro.

Tyler went up the stage standing tall and proud, indicating that the students respect him. It shows that he is a role model of this school. He is disciplined and everyone must listen to him. Psh... as if !! As far as I know this is all an act. He really is funny, a little bit of a doof and childish.

He tapped on the mic a few times before speaking.

"Good morning students! you are all probably wondering why we have called you here today. Considering that we usually don't give any special announcements since its that first day of school."

Everybody murmured to each other wondering what the announcement was all about and why is it so important. Even I wonder how important it was, considering Tyler didn't tell me ahead of time!!! Inhale, exhale I should really let go of that.

"This year is a special year for all of us. This year we will be welcoming special students to this school. We will also be having a special party or shall I say ball for a very important person we will be welcoming back to our school. The ball will be next month. I am sure that a month is enough time for you to get ready, look for dresses or what you are going to wear. We have already informed your parents about this. The invitation with all the details will be given later on your way out. Just to remind you this activity is required, as it will give you additional points. Thank you for your cooperation and good day."

Really?! No offense but that's all? That is the announcement that was so important that Tyler had to call the entire student body?!

I need to know who those special students are and why are they so important that Tyler had to announce it to the entire school? Most importantly what kind of party is this? Is it that important that everyone was required to attend? Why was I not informed at all? Usually Tyler would ask me first about the events that are going to ask me if it was ok to do an activity like this, sort of I'm like his secret adviser.

Tyler gave the mic back to Mr. Francisco.

"Go back to respective classes. As you exit the gym you will be given the invitations to the party on Saturday. May I remind you, we are all required to attend this party. Thank you and good day."

We all went rushing out of the auditorium. The four of us decided to go to our hangout place. Since it was our break we decided to have a little chat. I later excused myself saying that I had to attend to something important. I went to the principals office with the intention of talking to Tyler and ask him why he never told me anything.

I entered his office and saw Sally, his secretary, she already knows who I am anyways. I went up ti her and asked her if I could talk to Tyler. She said that is was ok and I could just go right in. Well... since she said that I could just go in- I literally barged into his office.

"Tyler! Why didn't you tell me what that announcement was ahead of time?!" I screamed at him once I entered.

"Hey to you too Crystal. And have you ever heard of knocking? You know how much I value my privacy." He obviously said that last part with an annoyed tone. He of all people doesn't like anyone barging into his room, or anything that's basically his. Every single person has to knock before they come in... I understand that he wants his privacy but he takes it too seriously that it gets annoying.

"Well... you didn't tell me the announcement ahead of time and I barged into your office. We both hate what the other did so I guess we are even." I stated

"Which brings us back to the question 'Why didn't you tell me that announcement ahead of time?'." I said starting to get a little bit annoyed.

"Well... first I forgot. Number two the special people coming wanted me to keep it confidential until the make it official. They only confirmed this morning and considering you're not a morning person, I'm pretty sure that you don't want to be bothered...and besides you had class." He said using a tone that meant 'Duh?!'

Ugh!!! He is so annoying! He should really be thankful he's my cousin cause if he isn't I would have kicked him in a place where men are not supposed to be kicked, a long time ago. 

"Ok. You were right about the first one. I don't like being bothered in the morning. But that still doesn't answer why you didn't tell me." I said trying to push the truth out of him, whatever it is.

"What part of  THEY WANTED TO KEEP IT CONFIDENTIAL can't you understand?!"

"The part where you didn't tell me about it."

He then sighed, in a clear and evident done that he has given uo and doesn't want to deal with it anymore. He rarely used that tone, almost never, so I took that as a sign that I had to go.

"Uhm... I have to go. I have class and I'm already late." I said walking to the door.

"Just tell Sally to right you a slip." he said without the ususal cheerful tone in his voice.

I went out of his office and went to Sally asking for an excuse slip and she gladly gave me one. I got my book for my next class, whhich was the class that I was already late in. When I was walking to my classroom I can't help but wonder why he is keeping this such a big secret from me. He usually isn't like that, becuase of his childish ways he usually tells me everything. I'm not used to him keeping secrets from me.
