When I entered the classroom my teacher asked me why I was late. I simply gave him the letter and he told me to go back to my seat.
I took my seat and sat next to Kylie and Ella. Unfortunately Stella wasn't here she had a different class. We had Math class, while she had English. Have I mentioned Math is my favorite subject? Well... it is.
Blah. Blah. Blah. I didn't really listen ,instead I just doodled my name in the back of my notebook. I already knew the lesson anyway. Kylie nudged me and asked me what was I doing and why I wasn't listening to our professor. I just told her that I already knew the lesson.
"Hey! Crystal" I heard Ella calling me from behind.
"What?"
"Class was dismissed already." Kylie said then both of them chuckled.
"Oh." I guess I was just staring at my notebook so much that I didn't even notice everyone standing up and leaving. I gathered my things and we all went to cafeteria to get lunch.
We all fell in line. I ordered a burger, some fries and a pepsi. Kylie ordered spaghetti, a banana and orange juice. And Ella ordered Chicken w/ rice, water and of course, how could she ever forget, her favorite, ice cream sandwich.
"Ella no offense, but aren't you getting sick and tired of eating that again and again every single day?" Kylie asked her once we sat down on our usual lunch table.
"Hey! I don't judge you on the food you eat, then don't judge what I eat. And besides its ice cream. I love ice cream, it's so yummy!" Ella said.
I laughed at her remark while shaking my head. When I was about to take a bite from my burger I noticed Stella, she was trying to find where to sit down. I went over to her and invited her to sit with us.
"Hey Stella, just wondering what's your full name?" Kylie asked.
Ah. Kylie she is the most curious member in our group and she is also the most mature to think among all of us.
"My full name is Stella Venice Stanford." Stella said proud of her name.
Weird. Stanford? Where have I heard that name before. Never mind I'll probably remember it sooner or later.
"Well I'm Kylie Danielle Parker" Kylie said.
"Well since we are actually having a formal introduction. I'm Crystal Diandra Montenegro."
"I know." Stella said. Weird how did she know my full name?
"I saw it once I entered the school. There was a tarpaulin with your picture and your name on it saying that you won first place in the regional quiz bee." She said.
"Oh. Ok"
"Well I'm Gabriella Marie Ortega. But they call me Ella."
"Oh! In what way are you related to Ramon Ortega? The famous fashion designer?"
"Oh! He is my uncle."
Ella is so lucky to have an uncle who is a fashion designer. She is his favorite among all his nieces and nephews. So she is obviously spoiled by her uncle. She always has the latest clothes and she makes the fashion trends here in our school. Among us she is the fashionista.
"So to summarize it all I am the mature and curious one, Ella is the fashionista and Crystal is the brainy one in our group. What about you? What are you interests?" Kylie asked Stella.
"Oh I'm more into sports. You know the usual."
"Oh! What kind of sports do you play?" I asked her.
