Don't Leave Me (Kyu x Reader)

Chapter 18

        "Kyunnie hi-" Kyuhyun roughly pushed Lauren onto the bed before she could even finish her sentence, "Wow, stressed much?" 

        "I'm sick and tired of dealing with all those stupid people at work, you are the only reason worth living for." he said, frustrated. 

        "Oh yea?" she smiled and stroked his hair, "Theres gonna be another reason pretty soon." 

        "Of course there won't. I love you and only you." 

        Lauren continued to play with his hair, "I have something to tell you." 

        "Yes?" 

        "Don't be mad I told Ryeowook and the other boys first okay?" 

        "Tell them what?" Kyuhyun frowned. 

        "I'm pregnant." Lauren announced with a big smile on her face. 

        "WHAT?" Kyuhyun shouted, and then pouted, "Why'd you tell them first?" 

       "I was throwing up alot so I called Wookie to buy a pregnancy kit and bring it over. And Donghae and Eunhyuk...yea they butt into everything." 

        "You should've called me!" Kyuhyun said adorbaly. 

        "Didn't want to interrupt you at work." Lauren said. 

        He put his mouth to her stomach and kissed it, "Hey baby? Can you hear me? I love you." 

        "Stop that it tickles!" Lauren laughed, "And its cheesy." 

        "Does this mean no sex for nine months though?" Kyuhyun asked, suddenly wondering. 

        "Yup. Don't want to hurt the baby do you?" 

        Kyuhyun let out a frustrated sigh, "Damn it."

        "Oh Mrs Cho you're here?" Krystal asked, her eyes wide, "I didn't know you were coming!" 

        "I told you so many times, to call me Lauren." Lauren teased. 

        "Mr Cho is in the accounting room." 

        "Argueing with Jonghyun?" 

        "Probably." Krystal shrugged. 

        Lauren walked into the accounting room, where Kyuhyun was saying something to Jonghyun, his face lit up when he saw Lauren, "Lauren!" he said, running up to her like a child, he lifted a bit of her shirt and kissed her stomach, "Hows my baby doing in there?" 

        And that was how everyone found out about the pregnancy, Jonghyun gasped, "She's preg-pregnant?" he stuttered in shock. 

        "Yes." Kyuhyun said smugly. 

        "Oh! Thats so great! Congratulations Mrs Cho!" Krystal clapped. 

        "Lauren! Call me Lauren!" Lauren insisted. 

        ***

        "SHE'S PREGNANT?" Yunho shouted happily, "THATS GREAT! CONGRATULATIONS!" 

        "Thank you." Lauren said, a bit shyly. 

        "Omo my little girl growing up so fast!" Sooyoung squealed, "It seems like just yesterday I got pregnant with you and Sungmin was crying about how if we had another child we wouldn't love him anymore?" 

        "He did that?" Kyuhyun asked. an evil grin creeping onto his face. 

        "He made a very big deal about it." Sooyoung told him. 

        "Wait till I tease him about it, I'll never let him hear the end of it." Kyuhyun grinned. 

        "Are you an adult or a kid?" Lauren scolded, "You're nearly a father, don't play around!" 

        "I told you you should've picked someone else." Changmin muttered from the corner of the room, though only Lauren and Kyuhyun could hear.

        "I wonder if it's a boy or a girl?" Yoona said, smiling brightly. 

        Instead of answering, Kyuhyun said, "Mr Changmin... can I talk to you, outside?" 

        "Say whatever you wanna say here kid." Changmin grumbled. 

        "Alright then." Kyuhyun said, "I am sick of you acting unhappy about our marriage, can't you see how happy it makes us? How happy it makes your daughter? Don't you care about how she feels? I made a mistake, I admit that, but I am truly sorry for it and I really love your daughter. Please just accept this already." 

        Changmin stared at Kyuhyun, and then his eyes drooped sadly, "You're right, who am I to stop your happiness? Who am I to get in the way of your love?" 

        Lauren sat down beside her father and hugged him tight, "Of course you matter appa, your my father, if you're unhappy, I am also unhappy. I don't like seeing you like this appa. Please be like you used to, happy and full of life and love." 

        "I guess part of it was just that I didn't want my little girl to grow up so fast." Changmin sighed. 

        "Appa I'm not a little girl I'm an adult now!" 

        Changmin sighed, "Aish, no matter how old you are, you will always be my little girl. But you're talking like you're 40, you're only 26."

        "Still an adult!" Lauren insisted. 

        Changmin laughed, "I don't understand why you want to get old. Once you're my age, you'll wish you were young again." 

        "You're not that old." Lauren said. 

        "But not that young either." Changmin reminded her, "Like your mother said, it feels like just yesterday Sungmin was whining about having a sister and now look! You yourself is about to have a child." 

        "So is Ryeowook happy with his boyfriend?" Sooyoung asked, she loved Ryeowook as if he were her own son. 

        "Oh yes, Siwon takes very good care of him." Lauren said, "Though I never thought he would end up with someone that manly." 

        "Suprises happen." Kyuhyun shrugged, "What about that Kibum guy you tried to set him up with?" 

        "Well, he's with someone else now...a guy he met in England after we left, he's called Heechul? We had them over for dinner, remember?" 

        "Yeah, Ryeowook, Donghae and Eunhyuk got really mad when he saw how close you are to Kibum." Kyuhyun recalled. 

        "Yea, everything is perfect now, isn't it?" Lauren smiled as she pecked Kyuhyun's lips. 

        "Yea, everything is just as it should be." he said, gazing dreamily into her eyes.
