not a story but please read

I don't know if anyone will see this but I just wanted to say, I'm trans, I identify as a boy, and sure, it may be obvious, but I haven't really properly come out and the reason I'm mainly writing this is that I'm ready to come out to my parents but don't know how, so if anyone reading this is trans(binary or non binary trans), can you maybe give me some advice on how to come out and some name ideas(my current name is sabrina if that helps)? Sorry if this is too much to ask
