Beautiful - a DNF Story

{Chapter 5} Stars and Butterflies

George's POV

I opened the door to see Dream right infront of me. "Dream?!" I exclaimed....

We sat down on the couch and I looked at Dream, it was the first time for me to see his face and god he looked.. Beautiful. Its not weird to call your friends that.. "So im guessing this is the suprise?" I asked softly the smile never leaving my face. "Yes, yes it is" Dream said. Hearing his voice In real life, Seeing his face, Being able to hug him.. It was so weird to me. I felt so happy. This was the best thing that happened to me in maybe my whole life. 

"Im so happy youre here Dream" I said softly and looked into his green eyes, well theyre piss yellow to me since my color blindness/ But he has told me they were green. and theyre beautiful. 

"Me too Georgie. Finally getting to see, and touch you. Its everything to me" He said and I blushed a little "Thats what I was thinking" I said and stil didnt take my eyes of off him. Dream noticed and smiled a little "Am I that hot?" He said teasing me. But I blushed a lot "Uhh- I mean- No- Yes? Shut up" I said and looked down at my hands. Fuck, why a I like this. Dream wheezed "Calm down Georgie, I was just kidding" He said and I started laughing softly. Dreams laugh was so infectious, I couldnt not laugh.

Our laughs died off after a bit and I looked at him "Well since I had no idea that you were coming over I couldnt free up the guest room. So be happy, you get to sleep in my bed and Ill sleep on the couch in my room." I said and giggled and Dream shook his head "No no no, Youll stay in your bed and Ill sleep on the couch" Dream said

"No Dream youre my guest so-" I said and got cut off by Dream

"So you want to full fill my wishes. my wish is that.. we just stay in the same bed? I cant sleep alone since I always have Patches next to me and youre the second best option, Youre almost as small as her anyway" Dream laughed loudly.

"Dream!" I turned red "Im not small! Youre just super tall!"

"Sure Gogy" Dream said still laughing "But the idea? is that okay with you?" He asked and slowly stopped laughing. "Fine" I said "But if youre gonna be this annoying youll sleep on the pavement" I said and cracked a smile at him. "Deal" He said and looked at his phone "Its almost midnight" He said and I was a bit suprised "Really? I thought it was way earlier" I said "Are you tired?" I asked and he shook his head

"I slept most of the flight so not really" He said softly "Why?"

"Come with me" I stood up and grabbed his hand pulling him up the stairs and into my studio. I heard his laughs behind me and it made me smile. I opened the window with one hand and stepped onto the roof still holding Dreams hand. Dream stepped onto the roof "George whats going on?" He said and chuckled sounding a little confused. "Stars" Is all I said, I tilted my head slightly and looked up at the stars. Dream smiled brightly, we sat down onto the roof and looked at the stars for a while. This was perfection to the both of us.

I slowly put my head down on Dreams shoulder and felt him put an arm around me. Finally feeling him in real life was amazing.. I looked over at him and the light of the moon was shining down at him making him look even more beautiful. "Im so happy right now" I said and he looked at me. Our faces just a few inches apart. "Me too George" He said and I could feel his warm breath against my face- Stay calm - He put his hand on my cheek and softly pressed his lips against my forehead. I turned bright red and smiled. He felt butterflies, He fell so hard for his best friend. He removed his hand from my cheek and we both turned back towards the stars. 

Silence, It wasnt uncomfortable. It was comforting. I slowly closed my eyes, I was almost falling asleep but I didnt want to "Dream? Can we go to bed?" I ask in a soft sleepy voice. He nodded "Ofcourse" He said almost whispering in my ear. His voice was beautiful. Dream stood up and took both of my hands to lift me on my feet "Thanks" I said barely understandable. We both climbed back through the window and made our way into my bedroom, It was across from my studio and next to the guestroom. 

I went to my closet and pulled out some grey sweats and a black shirt. I kicked of my pants and put on the sweats, I saw Dream look but I to tired to care. I then slipped of my hoodie and put on the black shirt before getting into my bed. I saw a glimpse of Dreams abs before he put on his shirt and smiled a little. Dream got into bed with me and we both sighed.

This was real, This was amazing.

"Goodnight Gogy" He said softly and I smiled sleepily "Goodnight Dreamie" I put my head on his chest and my arm around his waist feeling his light muscles beneath his shirt "Is that okay?" I asked very softly, heat rising to my face. "Yes" Is all Dream said before putting his arm around me. 

"Did this mean and feel the same to him as it meant to me?" I asked myself and all I could do is hope. But no matter what. Dream will always be special to me. my thought kept me awake for a while but I eventually fell asleep with Dream holding me close.

When I woke up I almost thought it wasnt real, but then I remembered all the things yesterday and the smile came back onto my face. I looked up at Dream and saw his green eyes looking back at me. "Goodmorning" He said in a deep voice and it send chills down my spine.... "Morning Dream" I said back and slowly backed away from him. He groaned and pulled me back to the place I was in just a few seconds ago "Not yet" He said and I smiled and having those butterflies in my stomach again. "Okay" I said still smiling.

We layed there for a while in complete silence till I spoke up "Whats the time?" I asked and heard Dream pick up his phone fro the nightstand "Just 10am" He said "Okay, Its time to get up" I said, I didnt wanna let go of Dream but I had too. "Fine" He said and sighed "Who knew that Dream would love cuddles this much?" I said and giggled softly before getting out of bed "Shut uppp" He said and also got out of bed. "How long do you plan on staying?" I asked him and he shrugged "I actually have no idea, How long do you want me to stay?" He asked and I didnt know what to say.

"I dont know, Ill tell you when I had enough of you okay?" I said and we laughed a little. 

We went downstairs and we ade some cereal and sat down at the counter with the bar stools

"What do you wanna do today Dream?" I asked and took a bite of my cereal 

"I wanna go explore" He said and I nodded already making the plan in my head. It had to be perfect.

Yes. and I might write another after this so it will be completed sooner, I have no idea what Im gonna do with this story tbh or how any chapters it will be. This was a longer chapter then usual.
