Dadzawa: Ok we are gathered here to do a Rescue simulation. Drop all weapons and Weights at the door as to not set off the censers

Alpha: All of them?!?

Dadzawa: Yes All of them Alpha, Why??

Alpha: Um....You'll see why just one sec. *Drops a full body weight, brakes ground. Drops 3 Riffles, 10 Bombs, 5 sets of throwing knives, a diamond reinforced metal bat, and a Chainsaw*

Dadzawa: HOW THE HELL DO YOU CARRY SO MUCH STUFF AND STILL BE THE FASTEST/STRONGEST IN YOUR CLASS?!? TF?!?

Alpha: Um.....sorry??

Dadzawa: Just....Just go.

1-A: *Shocked silence*

All-Might: I can't even lift your weights how heavy is this thing?!?

Alpha: Really its really light this is the lightest one i wear. Its only 600 Lbs.

Everyone: Only 600?!? What is your heaviest?!?

Alpha: Around 2,500 why?

Everyone: *Dead*

All-Might: What is your workout routine?!?

Alpha: OH! Let me go grab my folder then you can read it. The routine I'm gonna hand you was the one i had to do when i first started my training and i was almost 7 at the time i also do parkour and sensory training. *Hands over his beginners workout* I used what i call a time chamber so the time it takes to do this entire workout will only seem like 5 minutes here.....

Beginner's Schedule:

Warm-Up:

3 Hours of Meditating

30 Minutes of Planks

300 Push-ups

200 Sit-ups

100 Squats

400 Crunches

2 Hours of Parkour

500 Kilo-meter Run

1 Hour of Weaponry Training

Workout:

6 Hours of Meditating

1 Hour of Planks

600 Push-ups

400 Sit-ups

200 Squats

800 Crunches

4 Hours of Parkour

1000 Kilo-meter Run

2 Hours of Weaponry Training

*All while wearing the 600 Lbs weights*

All-might/Dadzawa: HOW?!? AND YOU WERE ALMOST 7?!?

1-A/B: Just the warm-up makes me sick
