It's been two weeks since Tsubaki became my weapon partner. And since then I met Lord Death's son, Death The Kid and his partners, Liz and Patty Thompson. I think I know what weapon Soul is. I'll have to ask Lord Death or Professor Spirit about it later. Right now Maka, Soul, Tsubaki, Kid, Liz, Patty and I are in the Death Room awaiting orders for our first group mission.
Lord Death: I gathered you all here to tell that the Uncanny Sword, Masamune, has been located.
That's sword Tsubaki wants. Though why does she hasn't told me the reason, but I trust her and I'm willing to put my life and soul in her hands.
Lord Death: Normally I would send Stein and Spirit for this but right now they're handling missions of their own.
Kid: Tell us father where Masamume is.
Then Lord Death look at with a look that said he wished it was someone else. It's not one that said "Haha!" No, it's a look that says "I'm sorry." Why is he sorry? It can't be there.
Lord Death: He's in a town in the Continent of Remnant. He's in a city called Vale. Jacob, I'm sorry I wish that there was anyone else I could send, but you, Maka, Kid and your weapon partners are the best we can offer. If it's to much for you to handle, I'll understand.
I just stood there with my hair covering my eyes.

Jacob: All we have to do is stop the Uncanny Sword and nothing else, right? We don't have to join Beacon?
Lord Death: That's correct.
I then looked at him with my Magic Eye activated.
