"Don't go in there," Sam said, passing you as you headed to the common room. "Bucky is in a bad mood."

"Why?" You frowned.

"I don't know," He shrugged his shoulders. "When is he ever in a good mood?" He chuckled as he walked away.

Before going there, you stopped by the kitchen to grab some snacks. Maybe a little too many because you could barely carry them without dropping some of them.

"Hey, Buck." You slowly approached him to see how bad it was.

Bucky turned his head to look at you. A small smile tugged at his lips after seeing you. "Hey, doll."

"I heard you are in a bad mood." You placed the snacks on the table.

"Did Sam said that?" He asked, his brows knitting together. You nodded. "Well," He placed his arm on the back of the couch. "he isn't wrong."

"Wanna talk about it?" You sat beside him.

"Nah," He looked at the heap of food on the table you had brought. "Wanna watch a movie with me?"

Agreeing you got comfortable. Throughout the movie, you got closer and closer to each other. Buckys metal arm touched your bare shoulder, the cold touch startling you for just a second until it warmed up. Reaching up, you laced your fingers with his metal ones.

By the end of the movie, you found yourself comfortably nestled by his side. His arm leisurely draped over your shoulder, your legs stretched on the couch. You weren't paying attention to the movie that was playing on the screen, you were more interested in tracing your fingertips over the golden lines and ridges on Bucky's metal arm.

"Having fun?" Bucky chuckled, letting you do your thing.

"Yeah, it's pretty." Smiling, you tilted back your head to look at him. You didn't realize how close you were to each other until now, your heart started racing. "Feeling better?" You asked, trying to sound calm.

"Much better."

"Junk food always helps with the mood."

"You think it's because of the food?" He quirked a brow.

"Yes?" You weren't so sure about the answer.

"No, it's because of you." Suddenly Bucky reached for the remote, turning off the TV. You looked at him questioningly.

"Do you wanna go somewhere?"

"What?" You sat up, confused. "Where?"

"Do you trust me?"

"Yes."

"Then let's go." He stood up, giving you his hand. "You will like it, I promise." He promised when you hesitated.

Not even ten minutes later, you were on his motorcycle, clinging close to Bucky, driving down the road. You had no idea where he was taking you, but you trusted him.

It's a perfect view of the city skyline. The sun is slowly dipping behind the horizon, painting the sky in different orange, yellow and red tones. Bucky is standing next to you while you sit on the motorcycle, his hand resting on your waist.

"It's so beautiful." You said, looking at the sunset.

"It really is." Bucky drawled next to you.

The tone of his voice made you look at him, finding him already looking at you with eyes full of love.

When you didn't turn away from him, he inched closer to you. He stopped just an inch away from you, his eyes dropping from your eyes to your lips. Your hand ghosted over the side of his face, and he closed the small distance between the two of you. Wrapping your arms around his middle, you melted into the kiss.

When the kiss ended, you smiled, nuzzling in the crook of his neck.

"Thanks for tonight, doll." Bucky hugged you.

"I'm here whenever you need me." You looked up at him, resting your chin against his chest.

"I will always need you." With a smile, he placed a kiss on your forehead.
