Yazzy's p.o.v

I woke up on the couch, I looked over at the clock and seen that it was already 9 am. I got up and went to the bathroom. I took a shower and changed into Hollister dark washed skinny jeans and a hoodie I got from softball. I put my hair up in a messy bun and put on my under armor headband. I put on light makeup And brushed my teeth, I walked out of the bathroom and grabbed my phone . I went to the kitchen and sat on the counter. I looked at my phone and seen I had 2 missed calls from Myles and a few texts. I checked my texts first.

Jazzmin: hey , your grandpa called us , we are on our way we will be there soon. We love you yazzy

Julianna: hey yazzy we are on our way , be there soon, we love you

Myles: babe please call me back asap.

I went to my call log and called Myles back , he picked up after the 3rd ring

Myles: babe why did you not call me back, I was worried about you ?!

Me: I'm sorry babe

Myles: what happened , why do u sound sad??

Me: my aunt and uncle got in a car crash and they died .

I was sobbing at this point

Myles: babe I'm so sorry , I'm gonna come there now

Me: no babe , babe its OK Julianna and jazzmin are on their way here. I have some more news though

Myles: OK , what is it

Me: today I have to sign papers saying I'm brandons legal guardian now, he's gonna be like my son now

Myles: no

Me: what, I'm not leaving him an orphan!!!

Myles: he's gonna be our son now babe

Me: thank you Myles

Myles: its OK babe, I got to go, but promise me you'll call later

Me: I promise babe, I love you

Myles: I love you to , bye

I hung up and went to brandons room.

I knocked and heard him say I could come in.I walked in and seen he had taken a shower and got dressed . he had on jeans and his hockey T-shirt. I looked at him and he came and jumped in my arms. I picked him up and went to the kitchen. We had to talk .

I set him down and sat at the kitchen table.

Me: baby , I know this is hard already but we have to move to California, to where I live.

Brandon: Ill move where ever you go. Your my new mom now.

Me: when we get back to California we can decorate the spare room, you can decorate it any way you want.

Brandon: OK , I love you momma

Me: I love you to

We ate breakfast and left to sign papers. After that I looked at Brandon. He was my kid now. When we got home I see jazzmin and Julianna waiting at the door. I ran up to them and hugged them. We got inside and sat on the couch. Brandon sat in my lap. We all kinda cried and layed together. This is my family. I'm gonna miss my aunt and uncle though, they where like my parents.
