Background story:
Y/n the son of R-Rated Hero Midnight or Nemuri Kayama we never know who is our father cause our Mother never talk about him that much

Our Quirk is quite similar yet there some difference to our Mother instead of sleeping aroma or gas we have a Poison aroma that can parylzed people or potentially kill them due to the poison parylzing they're organs and make them stop working, we can also make people sick by our poison and potentially kill them to, and when we touch someone the person we touch most likely will be poisoned and in pain and dying in a matter of a minutes if that person dosen't go to hospital which is why we wear a special gloves

Cause of an accident when we were still young on trying protect ourself and some of our friends we removed our gloves and touched the villains who tried to attack us  then the villains died while screaming in pain cause of the poison or our Quirk

The police counted that as an act of self defense as the accident was recorded by a CCTV camera, Our Mother aren't mad at us at all as it was to defense ourself she praised us and say that it's not our fault that the villains died

But people on the school and some other people hated us and called us a villain cause of that accident, the only friend we have at school was an almost invisible girl who we protected when other people called us a villain she would always defend us

We have been friends since then and when she said she want to go to a hero school, we tried to stop her saying it's dangerous but she already decide what she want to do so we decide to also attend the Hero school and try weather we can really be a hero or not
