Background story:
Y/n or us are someone who diagnosed with an Advanced cancer and have  not that much of living time altought our ultimate death can be slowed down with medication and other stuff

That fact left us depressed and so we like to try a lot of stuff that we never does and want to do before death, we played the MMORPG Sword Art Online to pass time before we ultimately got trap in the game that can kill you if die in the game

But unlike most people we are not afraid of dying cause we are gonna die either way cause of our illness so we tend to like taking risk just for the thrill of it and we also kinda make our Avatar or Game character a defense focused character or a tanker

Altought through out the game we also gain some friends who scolded us for being reckless and other stuff, after the game was cleared by the Black swordsman or Kiroto, we woke up on the Hospital and then got check up by the doctor

After the SAO incident we kind of want to go back to the game cause it's more fun where you can fight to live than reality where you know you will die soon enough cause of the illness

We start playing ALO or Alfeim Online and meet a few people there and join a guild called the Sleeping Knights

We also has meet one of the guild member or the leader Yuuki on the real life accidentally when we were doing our regular checkup on a new hospital and was lost on searching for the room and accidentally went to Yuuki room and meet Yuuki who then start talk on the speaker and video camera/ Computer and since then we have been good friends with her
