Few weeks had passed and their house was now fully furnished, decorated, and organized how they envisioned it would be. They all loved looking around their house seeing a piece of everyone's likes and interests all over the place, it made it feel more personal to them, and couldn't be happier with how their home turned out.

"Kitten, were you able to set up the stereo and your console to the TV in the living room?"

"Mhm, I think it should work now."

Kuroo had suggested hosting a home-warming party so their closest friends could see their first home for the first time. They had been planning for it all week and today was finally the day it was happening.

Currently, Bokuto and Akaashi were out buying some last-minute snacks, drinks, and games while Kuroo and Kenma stayed home preparing dinner and some last-minute tidying up.

"I wonder what's taking Bo and Kashi so long, I miss them."

"I know, kitten, I do too. I'm sure they're just stuck in traffic or knowing Bo he's asking Akaashi to let him buy more than we need."

"Mhm, that's true." Kenma walks over to Kuroo who's currently stirring what he calls his "secret" sauce for the curry he was serving tonight. He hugs Kuroo from behind and snuggles into his back, "Do you want to play with me before everyone gets here? I bought this new multiplayer game and everyone's been too busy to play with me."

Kuroo can hear the pout in Kenma's voice. He puts the stove on low, making sure to stir the sauce one more time before turning around to, as he expected, see a pouty Kenma.

"Go set up the game, darling. I just have to tend to the sauce for a few more minutes and then I'm all yours until everyone gets here, okay?" Kuroo bends down to place a kiss on top of Kenma's head, smiling to himself when he heard Kenma giggle.

Kenma did as Kuroo said and Kuroo quickly finished the sauce putting it aside for later. He tidied up the kitchen and went to the living room where he knew Kenma would be.

They spent what felt like hours playing when it was really only 30 minutes when Bokuto and Akaashi came through the door with piles of bags in their hands.

"Ko, please, we can do two trips."

"I told you I got this, Kashi."

"Ko, you have a trail of some of the things we bought that are falling from all the bags you're carrying."

When all four of them look over sure enough they see the trail of various items coming from the trunk of the car to the doorstep.

Kuroo quickly went to help Bokuto bring the bags to the kitchen with Akaashi while Kenma slowly made his way to the door to grab all the items scattered in their driveway.

After a few minutes of putting everything away and reassuring Bokuto that they weren't upset, they were all ready for the guest to arrive.

"We have an hour till people start showing up, what should we do to kill time?" Kuroo asks.

"Read."

"Play a game."

"Let's play volleyball!"

"All good suggestions loves, but how about I put on a movie for Bo and me to watch since we don't want to get dirty before everyone comes, puppy you can read in your reading corner, and kitten can play on his switch. That way we all spend time with each other in a way."
