"Does it hurt at all?" Blitzø asked, bandaging you. You shook your head no, but the frequent flinches said otherwise. "You know, humans usually look pretty damn ugly."
"What?" You looked into his eyes with a hint of shock. What a random and out of place thing to say!
"But you aren't half bad," he looked away. Whoa, whoa, you just met.
"Uhm... thank you... I never thought I'd think a red guy with horns would be even the slightest bit attractive, but you aren't half bad either," you said awkwardly, flinching again when he finished the bandages. He laughed a bit to himself before standing up from his sitting position.
"I have some work to do, so you can just rest for a bit. Tomorrows a very convenient day off, so I can show you around a bit!" he said enthusiastically. You smiled.
"Sounds good to me," you told him, smiling softly.
____
"Wakie, wakie~!" You woke up to a cat-... No, Blitzø sitting on the random hospital bed you were sleeping in (from episode one), poking you with wide, adorable eyes. Groaning, you sit up to rub your eyes.
"I forgot I got shot and ended up in hell... I expected to wake up for another day at my boring job," you mumbled, smiling a bit. "Oh, uhm... Thanks for bandaging me and taking care of me. I don't think its really normal for an assassin to do that, but it's still a sweet gesture... And, you did save my life from that ass wipe who tried to murder me," you paused as you realized you were talking too much. You were expecting to see Blitzø with a bored face, but when you looked at him, his expression showed awe and curiosity. He seemed like he was actually listening.
"You have a really nice voice," he suddenly said. A blush covered his face and he looked away. "For a human I mean. I've heard better." You just laughed softly.
"So, you said today was a very convenient day off?" you asked, sitting up a little more to face him fully.
"Oh, right. I wanted to show you around hell... Just in case you end up down here, I want you to work for us and find our headquarters again. I don't know, it's probably a bias, but you seem like what this company needs! Millie and I brighten up the place, but Moxxie definitely ruins the mood, even with two enthusiastic people. You can help.. even it out! Yeah..." Blitzø looked away nervously. It seemed he had a hard time keeping eye contact with you.
"Oh, alright, I suppose. I was going to say, we just met, but than I remembered that weird interaction we had while I was dying and loosing blood," you recalled. Only a lively and enthusiastic person would joke around when they're about to die, right? Blitzø chuckled.
"Yeah, it was pretty weird. Oh, wait, you're still jinxed, aren't you?" he smirked, getting closer. You adverted your eyes.
"Hey, wasn't there, like... A time limit for how long you could be jinxed...?" You questioned. You had just made up that rule, but you hoped it'd work.
"Hm... I don't think so. But, since you're new, I'll allow you to be un-jinxed. I just need to say your name a few times, but I don't think you told me." You thought for a moment. Was this is way of asking for your name?
"Y/n. My name's Y/n," you smiled. Blitzø said your name three times, each time his voice getting a little more seductive. "Hey, stop making this a poorly written porno."
"Sorry, sorry," Blitzø put his hands up defensively. "I admit, that was fucking cringe ass scene. Let's not do the jinx thing anymore." You nod.
"Anyways, how do you plan on showing me around? I don't know how anyone would feel about a human being down here... And how will I walk?" Blitzø pulled out a headband with horns and a dark red cloak.
"Yeah, I thought of that," he assured you, handing you the items. "Just pretend to be an imp, but don't show your face too much. People will most likely just ignore you. And, about the transportation part... I..... Didn't get that far in my thought process..."
"Of course you didn't," you sighed and then laughed a little. "I can just walk... The bullet hit the side of my stomach, not my legs, right?"
"I don't know," Blitzø looked away. He seemed a bit nervous. "I'm not sure that's how it works. You'll still feel pain when you walk..."
"Can I have a piggie-back ride?" Blitzø looked at you, a bit surprised. A smirk slowly appeared on his face.
"Hell ya."
____
"WOO!" wind hit your face. You weren't expecting Blitzø to be so fast.
"You're lighter than I thought!!" He yelled this, but you could barely hear him over the wind.
"Are you kidding?! I'm (insert weight)!"
"Well I know Moxxie couldn't pick you up! Maybe I'm just strong!!" He started to slow his pace, panting a bit.
"I've never been on a piggie-back ride like that before," you giggled. He lightly bounced you up a bit to get a better grip. "Hell looks so... Red. I guess it makes sense, I don't know." You looked around you.
"Yeah, it's a dump. Hey, look, a homeless person!" Blitzø suddenly said.
"Oh, hell has homeless people...? That's so sad. I wish I could help them, but I never bring anything valuable on my morning walks... So I don't have anything on me to give."
"Are you kidding? You should never help them."
"Huh? How come?"
"Seeing the pathetic homeless give me joy," he chuckled, right in front of the homeless people. He started to walk away. You, being surprised he said that, just blinked at him with no reply or comment. "Oh, look! It's that new shit hotel!" You looked up.
"Haz..bin...hotel..?" You read.
